Go Plumbers Ltd is a small independent company focusing on quality workmanship and a personal service. We specialise in domestic plumbing, heating and gas work and are Gas Safe registered. Whether it’s a dripping tap, problematic central heating, hot water issue, boiler service or full boiler installation, we can help.
Established in 2011, after completing a time served apprenticeship and 10 years working with firms in Central London, we have gone from strength to strength. Our priority is to ensure that the customer receives the best solution for their particular gas or plumbing issue, implemented in a clean, tidy & efficient manner, to a schedule to fit the customer’s particular needs. We have built up an outstanding reputation with our customers as a result, which can be seen in our reviews below.

Go plumbers fitted a Honeywell Evohome system to my property and Bentley was very knowledgeable about the product. They were tidy, efficient and easy to have around your home. Bentley helped with 2 jobs in 2 bathrooms. The first jobs was to replace a set of taps in a complex bath configuration and the second was to fix a weeping shower unit and then regrout the shower. Job completed in 90 minutes. Impressive speed, ease and creative with the way the job was approached. Good explanations throughout and provided a great overview of the work completed. Very tidy and cleaned up afterwards. Great aftercare service. Would 100% recommend.

My bath taps, locked in along a tiled wall and inaccessible, started to leak. Bentley suggested locking off the taps and searching for replacement cartridges. On his recommendation, I sourced these items, and he came back and fitted them. Brilliant as I now do not have to rip out my complete bathroom in order to solve the problem. Really nice chap, reliable, knowledgeable and charming!

Go Plumbers provided a first class service right from the very comprehensive survey and sizing of the requirements for complete replacement of a very old free standing Potterton Boiler in our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house over 3 floors. The work was carried out by Bentley and his assistant on time and on budget and very efficiently and tidily from the start. The installation involved removal of the old boiler and flue and the replacement of controls, thermostats and pumps which was quite complex because of the age of some of the Potterton configurations which also involved some electrical investigations. Very impressed and will use Bentley / Go Plumbers again.

Simply professional from start to finish. The team arrived early and got straight to work laying out their equipment on clean matting. The work undertaken required some problem solving and adapting to unseen circumstances. Bentley was very keen to explain what was going on and what the best course of action would be. And true to form the team did a fantastic job as instructed. on time and on budget. Not only that Bentley had a quick look at the Boiler and Megaflow. Giving them a quick once over. The cistern on our toilet broke. I took pictures of the problem and sent them to Go Plumbers, who I have used on a previous occasion. They managed to fit the work in the same day. Bentley arrived with all the necessary replacement equipment and completed the work speedily. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I'm sure the price was right for effectively an emergency call out.

Bentley was a very nice person, very efficient, knowledgeable and punctual. He solved our problems with the power shower, and an overflow in the kitchen. The work was carried out to the agreed budget. I would certainly like to have him back for any further problems that we may have. In the meantime I would highly recommend him to other customers.

Bentley came to the house promptly to assess the work, was friendly and businesslike. It was a small job, disconnecting an old gas fire, capping off the gas supply and making good the balanced flue hole. He arrived on the appointed day, on time and smiling. The work was done quickly and efficiently, with dust sheets and vacuum cleaner. He tidied up and left the property in clean state, taking the old fire for disposal as agreed. I would have no hesitation in using his services again.

Go Plumbers have undertaken annual servicing of our old central heating for several years. This year I asked them to install a new, repositioned, gas boiler for us. The job ran smoothly on the agreed dates and for the expected time. I was impressed by the standard of work - and the amount of careful thought that Bentley put into details of the new installation. Have previously used Go Plumbers for a job that required 3 thermostatic radiator valves changing. Bentley completed the whole job to my complete satisfaction. As it was his first visit to us he checked out our boiler and observed some items that needed attention that had been overlooked during previous annual services. This visit was for our annual boiler service. He arrived prepared with the necessary parts to complete the FULL service ín a very efficient and competent manner. He was very happy to show me the old parts that indeed looked as if they were worn out. I am so pleased to have Go Plumbers now looking after my CH system. Their comms are excellent too.

Bentley installed a new boiler, a new radiator, and fitted a number of new radiator valves. His work is thorough and efficient. He showed consideration throughout and explained what he was doing. He even took videos of his work in areas that were not so accessible for me, e.g. when cleaning out the water tank in the loft. The time taken was accurate and the finished job was as per estimate. The communication with Go Plumbers is also excellent. I will be using Go Plumbers for the annual boiler service and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We had a buzzing noise from our 12 year old Glow Worm boiler that 3 BG engineers were unable to fix and had suggested a £900 powerflush to see if it worked! I asked Bentley to come and take a look. We were given an accurate quote before he came and although his first visit didn't solve the problem the second visit and a new pump proved the successful solution. He also checked a couple of radiators for me that weren't heating correctly. Bentley was punctual, texting me when he was on his way, tidy and very polite. I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

Bentley and his apprentice turned up exactly when they said they would and completed the work in the projected time. His pipe work on the new boiler was an improvement on the original and his attention to detail(e.g. tweaking the existing condensate pipe) was reassuring.

We booked Bentley to relocate a new boiler to the loft from the kitchen. He and his colleague did an exceptional job and we couldn't have been happier. They were both, friendly, professional, courteous and a pleasure to have working in our home. I have very high expectations but these were exceeded in the attention to detail and some of the finishing touches. No mess was left and the installation works perfectly. The hinge to the boiler control panel door was damaged during the installation but Bentley ordered a new one straight away and within a couple of days, he popped back and fixed this. We were that impressed, we have booked Bentley to come back for another job that needs doing. The price quoted was what we paid. No hidden extras. We couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Bentley did a fantastic job fixing our boiler as we suddenly didn't have heating or hot water which with 2 year old at home in December is not great. He was very kind to come in on Sunday and fixed it very promptly. Had all the things needed for repair in his very well equipped van, which meant he didn't have to come back another time to complete the job! He is very professional and cleans up beautifully after what can be a very messy job. Would highly recommend his services and will definitely use Bentley again!
