Go Plumbers Ltd is a small independent company focusing on quality workmanship and a personal service. We specialise in domestic plumbing, heating and gas work and are Gas Safe registered. Whether it’s a dripping tap, problematic central heating, hot water issue, boiler service or full boiler installation, we can help.
Established in 2011, after completing a time served apprenticeship and 10 years working with firms in Central London, we have gone from strength to strength. Our priority is to ensure that the customer receives the best solution for their particular gas or plumbing issue, implemented in a clean, tidy & efficient manner, to a schedule to fit the customer’s particular needs. We have built up an outstanding reputation with our customers as a result, which can be seen in our reviews below.

We were advised by a friend to install a water softener. I was fairly dubious at first but we went ahead with Bentley as he viewed the job quickly and was very helpful and informative. The results are amazing! The water is now literally like silk! I’ve never experienced anything quite so soft it’s really remarkable. He delivered the job with no fuss, all very easy and straightforward including a very efficient and user friendly admin process. We had Bentley recommended last year and he has done our boiler & cylinder twice now. Our builders massively over spec'd the boiler and left some of the wiring in a dangerous state. Bentley did the servicing quickly and was great, but he also helped us to tune our boiler better so that we reckon we saved ~15-20% gas usage last year by limiting the flow temp and the boiler power output (from the massive 42kW to 22kW) with no difference to our heating! Also he rectified the worst of the original builder's wiring issues that were dangerous. Will be getting him back for a full tear down service next year.

Bentley has been servicing my (very) old Gloworm boiler for about the last 3-4 years. I have always found him very knowledgable, honest and reliable. I recently made the decision to invest in a new boiler, and Bentley recommended an Atag unit with a nest thermostat controller. I hadn't heard of Atag as a brand, but with a bit of research, discovered they were a highly respected Dutch manufacturer, very well-known in larger commercial installations. They also offer a !0 year warranty on their domestic units, which was good enough for me. Installation happened over 2 days and was carried out on time and very thoroughly. The new system is fantastic, on a different planet to the old Glow-worm boiler (which, by the way, Bentley had managed to keep running way beyond its 'sell by' date). I have no hesitation at all in recommending Go Plumbers, and will be continuing to use them for future annual servicing. Thanks for doing a fantastic job!

Go Plumbers first supplied and fitted a new boiler for us just over 12 months ago and have more recently come to service it a year on. They also plumbed in a new shower and fitted a new radiator. Communication is good and they arrived as expected. Work done in the schedule outlined and no hidden costs. We had shopped around and their quote was the most competitive (and they had come recommended by friends too). We would have no hesitation at recommending them.

We cannot have been more happy with GoPlumbers. From the start Bentley was very helpful, accommodating and incredibly knowledgeable. Our job was quite challenging (a very tight space for a boiler and water tank) and he managed to get it all done within 48 hours and at a very reasonable price. I very rarely would write a review for a plumbing job, but I felt compelled to do it! Would recommend Bentley without a doubt!

Bentley replaced the boiler in our house and also fitted a new underfloor heating manifold, thermostats and new piping. Bentley was very knowledgable on the options available when quoting for the work. When it came to working he was always on time, professional, tidy and courteous. His quality of work is very high, he insulated all pipes, fitted trunking, cable ties and new panel mounts with no fuss. He is a great plumber and i would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Bentley disconnected and removed an old, unusable gas fire. The booking process took a few days, but once the appointment was fixed the service was excellent. He arrived on time, on a Saturday afternoon, and did a remarkable cleanup of a large accumulation of old ash and debris from the chimney, as well as removing the fire and sealing off the gas line. He worked rapidly and efficiently. Would use him again.

Bentley is a friendly reliable plumber who does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it. This sort of reliability in tradesmen is becoming increasingly rare and probably for this reason Bentley is a very busy man. So you may have to wait a bit for a routine service but it is worth the wait.

Bentley performed a boiler service for me. I found him well presented, polite, easy to get on with, knowledgeable and he clearly takes pride in his work.
