Go Plumbers Ltd is a small independent company focusing on quality workmanship and a personal service. We specialise in domestic plumbing, heating and gas work and are Gas Safe registered. Whether it’s a dripping tap, problematic central heating, hot water issue, boiler service or full boiler installation, we can help.
Established in 2011, after completing a time served apprenticeship and 10 years working with firms in Central London, we have gone from strength to strength. Our priority is to ensure that the customer receives the best solution for their particular gas or plumbing issue, implemented in a clean, tidy & efficient manner, to a schedule to fit the customer’s particular needs. We have built up an outstanding reputation with our customers as a result, which can be seen in our reviews below.

Bentley performed a boiler service for me. I found him well presented, polite, easy to get on with, knowledgeable and he clearly takes pride in his work. He also takes all safety aspects very seriously with respect to gas. His communication prior to the appointment was very good too. Pricing was also competitive. I will certainly be calling on Bentley's services again when required and would highly recommend him.

I will always use Go Plumbers as they are reliable and trustworthy. They have always turned up on the date agreed and will text when they are on route. if they get delayed for any reason they will text you and let you know the reason why. One this occasion I had my boiler serviced. The price was very fair and what I like about Bentley is that he will always explain what needs doing and why in simple terms.

We’ve used bentleys services this past year to firstly maintain, and then replace our boiler. He serviced our existing boiler, but never pushed us to replace it (even though it was a very old micron). In the end when we determined we had the cash for it, we used his services again to replace the boiler with a valiant eco, and replace a couple of rads and thermostat. His workmanship and attention to detail was second to none. He also communicated with us every step of the way. We were away when Bentley did the replacement, so he kept us updated with video clips at the end of each day which was excellent. He went over and above keeping the condensing pipe from the new boiler hidden inside the kitchen cupboards when I requested it. We’ll certainly use Bentley again, he’s become our go-to man for home heating.

Bentley served our two boilers on 25th November. He was punctual, and efficient. He had to replace one part which he had in his van We have already had do work earlier this autumn. Again we were very pleased with the outcome. We have no hesitation in recommending him people. He will always be our first port of call. He is a pleasant person and very reliable.

My central heating packed up one afternoon during a cold spell in January so I phoned Bentley, who fitted me in at 8.00am the following day, before his first appointment. He determined that the problem was the electrical supply to the pump and that a new relay was required. He got the heating working there and then by bypassing the relay and undertook to revert to me (now non-urgent) with a new relay as soon as he was able. I couldn't be happier with his work and with his friendly and supportive approach.

The above was important as we have a footfall of 800 Users of our Church premises each week. I am the Trustee responsible for Finance & Fabric of the premises. I've used Bentley for many years for all our plumbing needs, and he's always excellent with all aspects of the work and reliability. I have no hesitation in recommending him. This last job was fitting a new radiator, which he'd collected, to replace an old one that had fallen off the wall. Bentley made the new one a firm fixture and amended the fittings appropriately to minimise disruption. Before coming to install, he'd done the necessary calculations on size and BTU needed. In short, once instructed, he does the lot and to a constant high standard.

Go Plumbers Ltd was a contact I found in Which Traders. we wanted to replace our current gas boiler 18 years old, the hot water cylinder and immersion heater, shower pump, programmer, wireless thermostat and some other items of plumbing maintenance. Bentley the proprietor of Go plumbing surveyed the job and provided a written quote. The job was completed in the time given and the cost quoted. Despite a very cold spell we were never left without heating or hot water even if it required working later into the evening. A thoroughly nice young man who deserves to be successful. We would certainly recommend him.

We needed a water supply for the plants and trees on our 1st floor terrace. Go Plumbers suggested a water butt system as an alternative to a mains supply which would have involved quite a bit of disruptive building work. We were very pleased with the installation of their 'green solution' which saved us a significant amount of money. Go Plumbers were very reliable and communicative and we were very pleased indeed with their service.

Arrived on time and completed the work to change expansion tank for our CH. Bentley was extremely tidy and completed the work in the stated time and invoiced as per quote although doing a little bit extra than originally quoted for. As I was out of the Country at the time he took some video to show me what he had done and all the checks he carried out Would highly recommend.

I contacted Bentley to replace a cracked kitchen waste, kitchen tap and outside garden tap. He was very responsive, took time to understand what I wanted, gave advice on appropriate replacements and carried out the work on time, very efficiently and cleaned up after the job was done. After phoning several plumbers and never getting a reply or a call back, I remembered Which Trusted Traders. I'm so glad I did. I phoned GO Plumbers and they actually answered my call. They arranged to visit me the next day, which they did at the appointed time. They completed the required work to replace a corroded Ball Valve in my cold tank quickly and efficiently. I thoroughly recommend GO Plumbers and will certainly use them again should the need arise.

I contacted Bentley at Go Plumbers to change my kitchen tap that had corroded as well as supplying and fitting a new water filter. He was very booked up so I had to wait a few weeks but my belief is that you have to wait for good people. On the day he arrived on time and worked diligently, changed my tap, installed the new water filter and also serviced my hot water tank. Everything was done neatly and expertly and I will use Bentley and Go Plumbers for my plumbing needs.
