Quality service from start to finish, beginning with a very friendly and helpful quote and sales experience, leaving us very happy that we have chosen a professional business. The Installation took 5 days which the two installers were polite and friendly, keeping us informed during the whole process. They left our home clean and tidy at the end of each day and on completion explained everything we needed to know before they left. We had our Facias and Soffits capped as well as new guttering and downpipes in August 2025. We have used Goliath for many years from windows throughout, conservatory, porch and kitchen. There service has always been exceptional including this occasion. The initial scaffolding was erected in good time with attention to detail in protecting our property where required. The work was carried out efficiently by a skilled team who were very friendly and accommodating when I had an queries. I would like to mention the team as I hope they get some recognition for their efforts. They are: Dan, Brent, Cain, Jeff and Adam. The work was completed on time and they tidied the area as best they could and cleaned everything down. It has made such a difference to our house! Goliath replaced all of our windows, window sill boards, gutters and downpipes, and installed a composite front door, upvc back door and French doors for us. From our initial enquiry to the final completion, we experienced a totally professional service from all involved. What really impressed me was the quality of the products and the standard of finish on the installed items. It was so neat, that I only had to touch in two corners of one window reveal. Any snags that I noted, were dealt with quickly and without any argument. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Goliath Homeworld installed 2 bedroom windows having previously completed several other home improvements for me in recent years. A survey was completed and an estimate was provided. The work was carried out on the nominated date and the fitters completed the installation within the day and to a very high standard. The fitters kept me up to date as they progressed through the day and removed all waste and left the property in a clean and tidy state. Goliath replaced two first floor bedroom Windows at my property. The work was surveyed and installation date agreed. The Goliath fitters arrived on site at the expected time and completed the work within the expected timescale. At all times the fitters were friendly and courteous and kept me up to date on progress. The work was completed entirely to my satisfaction and the site was left in a tidy fashion and all waste was removed when they left the premises. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Goliath replaced our leaking conservatory roof for a new Guardian Insulated Roof. They completed the work to the agreed time scale and budget. We had used Goliath back in 2018 and had no hesitation in using them again as they are outstanding in their customer care, helpfulness, communication and their workmanship. The job went well and we are really pleased with the end result. Can highly recommend Goliath when it comes to fitting a Guardian Insulated Roof as they take care of all the Building regulation documentation and carry out all the required conversations with the various building control departments, they take all this off you and make the experience as stress free as possible.

Goliath recently undertook a full renovation to the front of our home, this included 7 New Windows Agate Grey Front Door & side Panel Replaced Mock Tudor Board & backer board with plastic Facia’s Soffits and Guttering replaced. The whole process started and finished on time and to a lovely standard, the staff at both the showroom and on site were excellent very approachable and always happy to help and advise. We purchased a new front door through Goliath. The service and help prior to making a final decision was excellent. All staff very helpful, and not pushy! Visits to conduct measurements were worked around us and friendly . The fitters were great, very polite, work was finished to a great standard, and the final outcome has completely changed the front of our house. Couldn't fault any aspect from start to finish.

Having used Goliath for a complete window refit and roofline, we did not even think of considering any other company for our new conservatory. Firstly, It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Jason regarding the design. We could not be more pleased with the finished product. The job started and finished exactly on time and every trader did an amazing job. Pleasure to say we have been customers to Goliath for over 20+years.Recently had a problem with the lock on our front door and having contacted Goliath Barry came to assess the problem the lock is over 20 years old and no longer manufactured however Barry insisted that he would endeavour to address the problem.At that the maestro of all work problems Rob visited and following the application of a secondary security latch promised to return with a solution and within the week did so having sourced a lock to fit within the mechanism and safe to say it’s like a new door all of this done at a fraction of the cost of what ultimately would be a new front door what can you say to me customer service at the highest level and more than five star service.Also I must mention the highest of contribution from Georgie(Georgina) who is the initial contact with Goliath and without her initial input and organisation of the attention required then nothing would be prioritised ensuring your request has the attention needed so to me this somewhat simple job on paper but complicated by nature has been done to the highest standard and I am always grateful.

We had 6 windows and a new front door installed 10 years ago and they still look like new. No need for painting. Just had 2 more of our original windows replaced and a new window opening created. Two of these new windows had coloured glass. Excellent service and installation all to agreed cost and timescale.

Goliath replaced the existing polycarbonate roof to our conservatory (built by Goliath some 20 years ago) with a Guardian Warm Roof. They came on the agreed date, protected the areas to be retained and carried out the work to a professional high standard. Each trade (uPVC fitters, electricians and plasterers) all worked well together following on without any delay. They removed all rubbish leaving the conservatory ready for me to decorate. There were very few defects (which were rectified immediately) and all tradesmen were polite, well presented and kept us informed of progress regularly. We are extremely pleased with the result which was kept within budget. The only regret is we didn't have the roof done earlier as it has now made the conservatory a usable room all year round now.

We highly recommended this company. The team, who used to do the work (doors and windows, glasses, and scaffolding team) were friendly, helpful and in a fantastic mood. They answered to all our questions, also changed their schedule for a bit due to my personal online exam. All the work have been done on time, even earlier than expected. We were so lucky to have them all here, was a great experience. The doors, windows and glasses are fantastic, since then we have better sleep, due to the silence inside. The temperature in the rooms is consistent and that's all what we wanted. Well done everyone, keep up the good work.

Goliath Home World Limited did a fantastic job replacing windows, a door, guttering, fascias and soffits. Everything was completed to the agreed schedule and budget. They always arrived on time on the agreed days, worked to a high standard, cleaned up well after themselves and the products are all of excellent quality. The two fitters, Adam and James were polite, helpful and hard working. They talked through the job with us well, agreeing the schedule for each day and explaining any new features, e.g. different types of window opening latches and even provided a video on opening and closing the French doors! They spotted some manufacturing faults during the fitting process and arranged for replacements which were fitted in a very timely manner, within the original time schedule for the job. We have had a couple of minor adjustments made since the job was completed and they have also been dealt with very quickly and appropriately. Overall we were very impressed with the quality of the windows, door and fittings. It has transformed the look of the house, one neighbour described it as "stunning". We have been really happy with the whole process, from the first enquiries, throughout the entire fitting process and since completion. We would definitely recommend Goliath Home World Limited if you want high quality products and service.

We had used Goliath previously for replacement windows and doors in our last house, about 16 years ago. The aftersales care was brilliant. We only had to call them out a couple of times over this time and it was just for wear and tear issues. When we moved to our current property in November 2021 one of the first things we did was phone Goliath. We didn't approach any other company for a quote as we trust Goliath with their products, pricing and aftersales so why risk going elsewhere? They have done a fantastic job! When placing the order Stuart was brilliant. He talked through our options and answered all our queries. Also, the office girls are lovely. Very efficient and courteous. Clean up all the mess afterwards and work until the job is done. We had 3 doors replaced on the same day. Payment amount and schedule all as originally agreed. After years of contemplating of whether to have an orangery built or not, in mid 2021 we decided to to contact Goliath after lots of research on various companies. It was here that our journey began. After having a home visit from Jason and visiting the showroom we were immediately reassured that we had made the right decision in choosing Goliath to carry out the work. Jason's professional approach along with his knowledge and years of experience made choosing our design really easy. Work began in a pretty miserable December when the elements were a real test! With snow on the floor and rain the boys never missed a day. Dave and the boys began digging out footings and the foundations were soon in place. At the end of every day the site was left tidy as well as our neighbours side who had allowed us to get access. Then came the roof and windows and bi-folding doors that were fitted perfectly in real quick time. With the plastering excellently applied by Gaz and all electrics wired in by the sparky's who too were really pleasant and courteous our orangery was complete. Now just over 2 months on we have our dream orangery, it really is a jaw dropper with all visitors to the house making a beeline for the orangery. We absolutely love it, and that's all thanks to Goliath. We cannot thank you guys enough for the end result, we are delighted with it and enjoy nothing more than showing it off and telling people "Goliath built it"

I have been using Goliath Homeworld since 2004. Their first project was to supply and fit a conservatory and this latest project was to supply dry verges to the front of the house. In total they have completed 11 separate projects over the 18 years. Their prices have always been competitive ( I get other quotes ) and their quotations clear and concise. Their product quality is excellent and mostly backed up by a 10 year warranty. Installation teams work with care and attention to detail and always turn up on the installation date given. After-sales service is also excellent:- example:- they have just replaced after 9 years service a failed multi-point door locking mechanism at no cost to me.

We have used Goliath now for around 20 years for windows doors and conservatories and to be frankly honest would not even consider looking anywhere else, if you want total satisfaction backed up by peace of mind then why look elsewhere. Our conservatory is 12 plus years old and was in need of an upgrade so off we popped to see our friendly Stuart in the showroom (we knew him as a fitter by the way) and he offered his normal professional advice and views of changing our polycarbonate roof for a modern insulated type of roof. There was no pressure whatsoever and in the end, we decided to go top of the range with the Guardian Sunroom Insulated roof with individual plastic tiles. We placed our order in July 2021 and was informed by Stuart that because of all that had gone on over the past eighteen months the installation would be longer than normal which was not a problem at all. Come mid-December the team arrived, we were fortunate over the fitting week with little or no rain. The fitters Adam and James were precise and very professional in the four days they were there, always friendly and polite and meticulous on the job. The electrician and his assistant( names forgotten sadly ) were also polite but again meticulous in their work followed by the plasterers Gaz and Daz I think who also performed a very professional job. We even had the pleasure of seeing Barry for a visit. All I can say about the job is WOW WOW WOW to the whole team from Goliath, magnificent in every way.

A smooth and pleasant process with Goliath throughout. The initial visit from Stuart the salesman was so helpful, he gave honest, thought-provoking feedback and advice in a no-pressure way. He talked me through the whole buying and fitting process too. I felt I could contact if I had any other questions. The company delivered on everything they said they would including calls when promised, were punctual for the survey and for fitting. They did a great job when fitting the door and explained everything when I had questions. They did a fantastic job fitting a new carpet around the door when unable to plaster due to poor carpet fitting by previous owners (not Goliath) but explained how to instruct a plasterer should I choose to have it done in future. I would definitely recommend Goliath to friends and family and if I chose to have any more glazier work done. Many thanks.
