A smooth and pleasant process with Goliath throughout. The initial visit from Stuart the salesman was so helpful, he gave honest, thought-provoking feedback and advice in a no-pressure way. He talked me through the whole buying and fitting process too. I felt I could contact if I had any other questions. The company delivered on everything they said they would including calls when promised, were punctual for the survey and for fitting. They did a great job when fitting the door and explained everything when I had questions. They did a fantastic job fitting a new carpet around the door when unable to plaster due to poor carpet fitting by previous owners (not Goliath) but explained how to instruct a plasterer should I choose to have it done in future. I would definitely recommend Goliath to friends and family and if I chose to have any more glazier work done. Many thanks.

A team of two fitters installed eight windows (including a bay) and a front door in three days. They were extremely efficient, courteous and thorough and could not have been more helpful to us as they went along. The finished job looks superb and they left the entire site very clean. We're very happy with the result.

We had replacement windows, doors and an insulated conservatory roof fitted by Goliath. After having a few different companies out to give us quotes for the work we required we chose Goliath because we were able to go into their showroom and see examples of all the products they recommended using in our home. The sales team are professional and not pushy and come up with good suggestions and are knowledgeable about their products. The fitters were polite and friendly and hard working. They carried out a thorough, very neat job and our windows and doors and roof all look wonderful. The workmen left our property clean and tidy each day. The work carried out met the agreed schedule and budget.We are reassured by the insurance backed guarantee for the work via Network VEKA ltd. We have used Goliath in the past for other work in our homes over a number of years and have always been pleased with what they have done.

From a very stressful situation (a house fire) our insurance company contracted Goliath for us - initially to replace our conservatory, a couple of windows and a door. The initial contact with the team put us at ease immediately - we discussed having other work done and went ahead having all of our doors & windows replaced, including creating a porch & cladding at the front of the house, and a guardian roof on the conservatory. We had discussions around patterns of glass, style of windows and doors, colours of the composite door and the cladding - how things would look together. Nothing was rushed, recommendations were made, our ideas were listened to and there was no pressure placed upon us about anything. I have to say, it looks like we have a completely new house - we have definitely noticed the lack of drafts and noise - love the way it looks. I can't leave this review without saying every member of the team remained professional. polite and friendly throughout the time they were with us. The work has been completed to a very high standard, we went away for a few days while they were working and felt completely at ease with no trust issues. Every evening the team tidied up, leaving no mess. Lastly a bat was found under tiles at the front of the house - the team immediately stopped work, the bat preservation society were called, a representative visited and all recommendations were followed. I needed new windows and a new front door and contacted Goliath because they had done work for me before (a conservatory and a porch) and I had complete confidence in them. They are 100% professional and never ask for any money until the job is done and I am completely satisfied. All the staff, from the initial contact through to the finish of the work were friendly, knowledgeable, and completely professional. It was not a straightforward request, as I wanted to change a flat window to a bow window, and there were some difficulties, but these were overcome and I am thoroughly satisfied and delighted with the outcome. The installation of new French doors and warm roof to conservatory. I must thank Goliath for the first class job. The work was started on time and every step of the work was completed according to schedule. The Builders, Electricians, Plumber, Plasterer and Roofers/Glaziers were all exceptionally professional and completed everything to a very good standard and absolutely on time.

We first started replacing our windows/doors via Goliath over 19 years ago in stages. They were always excellent in every way professional, polite, friendly, clean and tidy work. We had to have some window locks replaced after a few years ( due to unforeseen circumstances) and there was no hesitation in carrying out the work. Stuart remembered us from all those years back and his professionalism was the same as ever that was the reason we once again decided to go with Goliath. We never even bothered to get other quotes in. The two fitters were also extremely professional, polite, friendly and everything was, left clean and tidy. The same goes for the two girls we spoke to in the office Jackie and Georgina both very helpful and friendly. Had a new front door ordered and installed by Goliath. Stuart was our first contact and he gave us all the info we needed re: Front Doors. From ordering to installation everything was done efficiently and on time. Would recommend Goliath to anyone.

From first approaching Goliath Home World we were very impressed with them. Stuart, the salesman who dealt with us throughout, was extremely helpful and sympathetic to our requirements and didn’t put us under any pressure. We had all the doors and windows replaced and the porch rebuilt. James and Adam fitted them for us and they were excellent at their job, friendly, polite and tidy. We felt very comfortable having them around. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right for us. The product is beautifully made and looks very smart. We would have no hesitation using Goliath again and would recommend them.

The sales representative, Stuart, was professional in every way. He explained the product clearly pointing out its benefits and the choices we could make. When my wife was hesitant about colours, he returned to show us, using photos of our property, with differing colours combinations. There was never any pressure to make a sale. Once we were given a contract the date of installation was set and kept to. On May 10th I had replacement knee surgery. Stuart assured us the job could go ahead as planned and fitters would be able to work without my being involved. The fitters, Adam and James, were wonderful arriving on time each day. They worked efficiently and tidily and explained politely when they needed to enter our home. In the three days they worked they fitted two bedroom, one bathroom and a bow window to the lounge, a front door and side window panel. The neatness of their work was meticulous. They were very personable guys and a pleasure to have around. We would not hesitate to recommend Goliath!

Had 4 triple glazed windows and a Solidor fitted. Workmen very polite and helpful (Adam & James). Had a problem with the door (Solidor), which was found on fitting, the fitter reported it, door was left secure. There was a problem getting a new door, so a little delay, but this was not a problem as we were secure. Solidor sent there fitter to replace the door, all's well.

This is the second time we have used Goliath and wouldn’t hesitate to use them and tell others about them they are a fabulous team of hardworking people nothing is too much trouble. We have had a front door and windows to the front of the house and a back door all excellent quality and fitted expertly. Having already had the back of the house completed by Goliath, we have now had the front done as well. From the first meeting to payment, the staff have been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We had to change the layout of the bay window, which was designed and completed seamlessly. The after-sales are equally efficient and we cannot recommend this professional outfit highly enough. We had 10 wooden windows replaced, including a large bay window at the front of the house. The fitters were great. They were punctual, tidy and worked really hard to complete the job on time. Another fitter was called in on the second day to adjust two of the locking mechanisms which were stiff and he also helped to complete the work. They all took pride in their work and the windows are excellent quality.

This is the third time we have used Goliath, on this occasion to replace the existing front door with a modern composite door. From the initial meeting with Stuart to discuss the work which we wanted undertaken, to the actual fitting, the staff were very professional at all times. The fitters arrived on time were very friendly, courteous and efficient. They ensured that all rubbish was removed from site when they had finished and we are very pleased with the result.

This is the second time we’ve had a conservatory built and replacement windows fitted by Goliath.
