Goliath recently undertook a full renovation to the front of our home, this included 7 New Windows Agate Grey Front Door & side Panel Replaced Mock Tudor Board & backer board with plastic Facia’s Soffits and Guttering replaced. The whole process started and finished on time and to a lovely standard, the staff at both the showroom and on site were excellent very approachable and always happy to help and advise. Thank you particularly, Stuart Boulton Sales Mitch and Jason Fitting Everyone we had dealings with at Goliath, good work. Highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of using them.

We purchased a new front door through Goliath. The service and help prior to making a final decision was excellent. All staff very helpful, and not pushy! Visits to conduct measurements were worked around us and friendly . The fitters were great, very polite, work was finished to a great standard, and the final outcome has completely changed the front of our house. Couldn't fault any aspect from start to finish.

Having used Goliath for a complete window refit and roofline, we did not even think of considering any other company for our new conservatory. Pleasure to say we have been customers to Goliath for over 20+years.Recently had a problem with the lock on our front door and having contacted Goliath Barry came to assess the problem the lock is over 20 years old and no longer manufactured however Barry insisted that he would endeavour to address the problem.At that the maestro of all work problems Rob visited and following the application of a secondary security latch promised to return with a solution and within the week did so having sourced a lock to fit within the mechanism and safe to say it’s like a new door all of this done at a fraction of the cost of what ultimately would be a new front door what can you say to me customer service at the highest level and more than five star service.Also I must mention the highest of contribution from Georgie(Georgina) who is the initial contact with Goliath and without her initial input and organisation of the attention required then nothing would be prioritised ensuring your request has the attention needed so to me this somewhat simple job on paper but complicated by nature has been done to the highest standard and I am always grateful.

We had 6 windows and a new front door installed 10 years ago and they still look like new. No need for painting. Just had 2 more of our original windows replaced and a new window opening created. Two of these new windows had coloured glass. Excellent service and installation all to agreed cost and timescale.

Goliath replaced the existing polycarbonate roof to our conservatory (built by Goliath some 20 years ago) with a Guardian Warm Roof. They came on the agreed date, protected the areas to be retained and carried out the work to a professional high standard. Each trade (uPVC fitters, electricians and plasterers) all worked well together following on without any delay. They removed all rubbish leaving the conservatory ready for me to decorate. There were very few defects (which were rectified immediately) and all tradesmen were polite, well presented and kept us informed of progress regularly. We are extremely pleased with the result which was kept within budget. The only regret is we didn't have the roof done earlier as it has now made the conservatory a usable room all year round now.

We highly recommended this company. The team, who used to do the work (doors and windows, glasses, and scaffolding team) were friendly, helpful and in a fantastic mood. They answered to all our questions, also changed their schedule for a bit due to my personal online exam. All the work have been done on time, even earlier than expected. We were so lucky to have them all here, was a great experience. The doors, windows and glasses are fantastic, since then we have better sleep, due to the silence inside. The temperature in the rooms is consistent and that's all what we wanted. Well done everyone, keep up the good work.

Goliath Home World Limited did a fantastic job replacing windows, a door, guttering, fascias and soffits. Everything was completed to the agreed schedule and budget. They always arrived on time on the agreed days, worked to a high standard, cleaned up well after themselves and the products are all of excellent quality. The two fitters, Adam and James were polite, helpful and hard working. They talked through the job with us well, agreeing the schedule for each day and explaining any new features, e.g. different types of window opening latches and even provided a video on opening and closing the French doors! They spotted some manufacturing faults during the fitting process and arranged for replacements which were fitted in a very timely manner, within the original time schedule for the job. We have had a couple of minor adjustments made since the job was completed and they have also been dealt with very quickly and appropriately. Overall we were very impressed with the quality of the windows, door and fittings. It has transformed the look of the house, one neighbour described it as "stunning". We have been really happy with the whole process, from the first enquiries, throughout the entire fitting process and since completion. The Company staff were friendly, efficient and professional at all stages of the project from initial enquiry through to detailed specifications, erection of the Orangery and final snagging. I would have no hesitation in recommending Goliath Home World to other people.

We had used Goliath previously for replacement windows and doors in our last house, about 16 years ago. The aftersales care was brilliant. We only had to call them out a couple of times over this time and it was just for wear and tear issues. When we moved to our current property in November 2021 one of the first things we did was phone Goliath. We didn't approach any other company for a quote as we trust Goliath with their products, pricing and aftersales so why risk going elsewhere? They have done a fantastic job! When placing the order Stuart was brilliant. He talked through our options and answered all our queries. Also, the office girls are lovely. Very efficient and courteous. After years of contemplating of whether to have an orangery built or not, in mid 2021 we decided to to contact Goliath after lots of research on various companies. It was here that our journey began. After having a home visit from Jason and visiting the showroom we were immediately reassured that we had made the right decision in choosing Goliath to carry out the work. Jason's professional approach along with his knowledge and years of experience made choosing our design really easy. Work began in a pretty miserable December when the elements were a real test! With snow on the floor and rain the boys never missed a day. Dave and the boys began digging out footings and the foundations were soon in place. At the end of every day the site was left tidy as well as our neighbours side who had allowed us to get access. Then came the roof and windows and bi-folding doors that were fitted perfectly in real quick time. With the plastering excellently applied by Gaz and all electrics wired in by the sparky's who too were really pleasant and courteous our orangery was complete. Now just over 2 months on we have our dream orangery, it really is a jaw dropper with all visitors to the house making a beeline for the orangery. We absolutely love it, and that's all thanks to Goliath. We cannot thank you guys enough for the end result, we are delighted with it and enjoy nothing more than showing it off and telling people "Goliath built it"

I have been using Goliath Homeworld since 2004. Their first project was to supply and fit a conservatory and this latest project was to supply dry verges to the front of the house. In total they have completed 11 separate projects over the 18 years. Their prices have always been competitive ( I get other quotes ) and their quotations clear and concise. Their product quality is excellent and mostly backed up by a 10 year warranty. Installation teams work with care and attention to detail and always turn up on the installation date given. After-sales service is also excellent:- example:- they have just replaced after 9 years service a failed multi-point door locking mechanism at no cost to me.

We have used Goliath now for around 20 years for windows doors and conservatories and to be frankly honest would not even consider looking anywhere else, if you want total satisfaction backed up by peace of mind then why look elsewhere. Our conservatory is 12 plus years old and was in need of an upgrade so off we popped to see our friendly Stuart in the showroom (we knew him as a fitter by the way) and he offered his normal professional advice and views of changing our polycarbonate roof for a modern insulated type of roof. There was no pressure whatsoever and in the end, we decided to go top of the range with the Guardian Sunroom Insulated roof with individual plastic tiles. We placed our order in July 2021 and was informed by Stuart that because of all that had gone on over the past eighteen months the installation would be longer than normal which was not a problem at all. Come mid-December the team arrived, we were fortunate over the fitting week with little or no rain. The fitters Adam and James were precise and very professional in the four days they were there, always friendly and polite and meticulous on the job. The electrician and his assistant( names forgotten sadly ) were also polite but again meticulous in their work followed by the plasterers Gaz and Daz I think who also performed a very professional job. We even had the pleasure of seeing Barry for a visit. All I can say about the job is WOW WOW WOW to the whole team from Goliath, magnificent in every way.

A smooth and pleasant process with Goliath throughout. The initial visit from Stuart the salesman was so helpful, he gave honest, thought-provoking feedback and advice in a no-pressure way. He talked me through the whole buying and fitting process too. I felt I could contact if I had any other questions. The company delivered on everything they said they would including calls when promised, were punctual for the survey and for fitting. They did a great job when fitting the door and explained everything when I had questions. They did a fantastic job fitting a new carpet around the door when unable to plaster due to poor carpet fitting by previous owners (not Goliath) but explained how to instruct a plasterer should I choose to have it done in future. A team of two fitters installed eight windows (including a bay) and a front door in three days. They were extremely efficient, courteous and thorough and could not have been more helpful to us as they went along. The finished job looks superb and they left the entire site very clean. We had replacement windows, doors and an insulated conservatory roof fitted by Goliath. After having a few different companies out to give us quotes for the work we required we chose Goliath because we were able to go into their showroom and see examples of all the products they recommended using in our home. The sales team are professional and not pushy and come up with good suggestions and are knowledgeable about their products. The fitters were polite and friendly and hard working. They carried out a thorough, very neat job and our windows and doors and roof all look wonderful. The workmen left our property clean and tidy each day. From a very stressful situation (a house fire) our insurance company contracted Goliath for us - initially to replace our conservatory, a couple of windows and a door. The initial contact with the team put us at ease immediately - we discussed having other work done and went ahead having all of our doors & windows replaced, including creating a porch & cladding at the front of the house, and a guardian roof on the conservatory. We had discussions around patterns of glass, style of windows and doors, colours of the composite door and the cladding - how things would look together. Nothing was rushed, recommendations were made, our ideas were listened to and there was no pressure placed upon us about anything. I have to say, it looks like we have a completely new house - we have definitely noticed the lack of drafts and noise - love the way it looks. I can't leave this review without saying every member of the team remained professional. polite and friendly throughout the time they were with us. The work has been completed to a very high standard, we went away for a few days while they were working and felt completely at ease with no trust issues. Every evening the team tidied up, leaving no mess. Lastly a bat was found under tiles at the front of the house - the team immediately stopped work, the bat preservation society were called, a representative visited and all recommendations were followed. The work was started on time and every step of the work was completed according to schedule. The Builders, Electricians, Plumber, Plasterer and Roofers/Glaziers were all exceptionally professional and completed everything to a very good standard and absolutely on time.

From first approaching Goliath Home World we were very impressed with them. Stuart, the salesman who dealt with us throughout, was extremely helpful and sympathetic to our requirements and didn’t put us under any pressure. We had all the doors and windows replaced and the porch rebuilt. James and Adam fitted them for us and they were excellent at their job, friendly, polite and tidy. We felt very comfortable having them around. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right for us. The product is beautifully made and looks very smart. The sales representative, Stuart, was professional in every way. He explained the product clearly pointing out its benefits and the choices we could make. When my wife was hesitant about colours, he returned to show us, using photos of our property, with differing colours combinations. There was never any pressure to make a sale. Once we were given a contract the date of installation was set and kept to. On May 10th I had replacement knee surgery. Stuart assured us the job could go ahead as planned and fitters would be able to work without my being involved. The fitters, Adam and James, were wonderful arriving on time each day. They worked efficiently and tidily and explained politely when they needed to enter our home. In the three days they worked they fitted two bedroom, one bathroom and a bow window to the lounge, a front door and side window panel. The neatness of their work was meticulous. Had 4 triple glazed windows and a Solidor fitted. Workmen very polite and helpful (Adam & James). Had a problem with the door (Solidor), which was found on fitting, the fitter reported it, door was left secure. There was a problem getting a new door, so a little delay, but this was not a problem as we were secure. Solidor sent there fitter to replace the door, all's well.

Having already had the back of the house completed by Goliath, we have now had the front done as well. From the first meeting to payment, the staff have been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We had 10 wooden windows replaced, including a large bay window at the front of the house. The fitters were great. They were punctual, tidy and worked really hard to complete the job on time. Another fitter was called in on the second day to adjust two of the locking mechanisms which were stiff and he also helped to complete the work. They all took pride in their work and the windows are excellent quality.

I was recommended to Goliath Home World by friends. Stuart in the showroom was very helpful and patient whilst I chose the door and glass to be replaced.as it was was not a straight forward order. Really pleased with the door and glass. Fitters were very polite and helpful, were professional in there work. A bit disappointed that ,other than the fitters no one informed me to say the side panels I ordered-were not available on the day of the fitting ,temporary ones were fitted. I had to contact the showroom to find out when they would be ready, This was dealt with straight away. I would definitely recommend this company.

This was the second project carried out for me by Goliath. The work carried out was done at the date promised and was completed to my satisfaction. I had quotes from other companies that were slightly cheaper then Goliath. The others gave over-inflated initial quotes that had to be bartered down making it seem they may not bet as trustworthy. With Goliath there was no pressure to get the business. The quote that was given was reasonable and firm. I had already heard of Goliath from local press. The had a prober base with a confirmable address and land line number. All adding to my confidence in dealing with them. The tradesmen were very considerate during this difficult time with Covid and they managed to keep a safe distance from us. I feel confidant that I can recommend this company to any of my neighbours and not feel I have steered them to rogue traders.

We were apprehensive about the process of replacing our windows as it is such a big job, however Goliath could not have made it simpler. They were professional throughout, offering excellent advice and catered to our individual needs, without once trying the 'hard sell'. We are really pleased with the standard of work regarding our conservatory. From the beginning the team, were all very informative and friendly. Goliath have now fitted our patio doors, composite front door and panels and just yesterday, they fired our new kitchen window. The products are of excellent quality and are always fitted well. Basing this review on the latest window fitting, the fitters arrived on time and made an excellent job of fitting the window neatly. I only had to touch up an inch or so of white emulsion on the window reveal with an artists brush as the old sealer pulled the paint when removed. I have had windows fitted in the past by other companies and ended up with plaster repairs around the frame. The fitter Mitch followed my instruction on the internal sealant to the letter so I am extremely pleased with the final result. I would recommend Goliath to anyone wanting windows or doors fitting.

From the start, all contact with Goliath was professional and courteous. Stuart went above and beyond in ensuring that they could supply and fit exactly what we were after, and Adam and James were did a fantastic job of fitting all 11 windows and 3 doors. The 44mm triple glazing has transformed our home - all but the loudest road noise is blocked out, the house is warmer and more comfortable, and the woodgrain effect inside and out looks great! Good value for money, too - triple glazing from Goliath came in cheaper than many double glazing quotes from others. 100% recommend!

Used Goliath after an insurance claim. Had the whole conservatory taken down and replaced with different design and size. Mr Hancox came up with good ideas and listened to what we wanted. All the trades people that were involved were polite, punctual and of a high standard of workmanship. Site left clean and tidy everyday. Excellent value for money, would highly recommend.

We were so pleased that this year we asked them to quote for a new set of French Doors and side window panel arrangement in Irish Oak. We visited several showrooms and installers before choosing Goliath for a new front door and side panels. The job entailed rebuilding a conservatory on an existing base including replacing windows and installing a solid roof. Initial design phase helped us to decide on what we actually wanted. Build,electrical work and plastering were all completed to a very high standard.
