Brilliant job made of fitting two front windows, one a bay, very quick,very clean and tidy, no mess left when they finished. Same two lads who fitted two new doors for me last year, same result. Excellent company.

I was recommended to Goliath Home World by friends. Stuart in the showroom was very helpful and patient whilst I chose the door and glass to be replaced.as it was was not a straight forward order. Really pleased with the door and glass. Fitters were very polite and helpful, were professional in there work. A bit disappointed that ,other than the fitters no one informed me to say the side panels I ordered-were not available on the day of the fitting ,temporary ones were fitted. I had to contact the showroom to find out when they would be ready, This was dealt with straight away. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very impressed with all our dealings with Goliath. From our first meeting with Stuart at the showroom until the final pane of glass fitted. We were shown the quality of their product, measurements taken & price quoted, there was no sales pressure, we ordered, the fitters arrived on the notified day/date, their work and the care taken was superb, leaving the house spotless after each days work. We paid the quoted price AFTER the work was completed and we were satisfied. Excellent service from showroom to fitting. Staff were knowledgeable , helpful and efficient. We have not used the company before. Very pleased with new door, fitted with minimal mess. Fitting happened on the scheduled day at the agreed time. Everything about the order was as we expected. We are very happy with the quality of the product . I needed new windows and a new front door and contacted Goliath because they had done work for me before (a conservatory and a porch) and I had complete confidence in them. I have been using Goliath Homeworld since 2004. Their first project was to supply and fit a conservatory and this latest project was to supply dry verges to the front of the house. In total they have completed 11 separate projects over the 18 years. Their prices have always been competitive ( I get other quotes ) and their quotations clear and concise. Their product quality is excellent and mostly backed up by a 10 year warranty. Installation teams work with care and attention to detail and always turn up on the installation date given. After-sales service is also excellent:- example:- they have just replaced after 9 years service a failed multi-point door locking mechanism at no cost to me.

A smooth and pleasant process with Goliath throughout. The initial visit from Stuart the salesman was so helpful, he gave honest, thought-provoking feedback and advice in a no-pressure way. He talked me through the whole buying and fitting process too. I felt I could contact if I had any other questions. The company delivered on everything they said they would including calls when promised, were punctual for the survey and for fitting. They did a great job when fitting the door and explained everything when I had questions. They did a fantastic job fitting a new carpet around the door when unable to plaster due to poor carpet fitting by previous owners (not Goliath) but explained how to instruct a plasterer should I choose to have it done in future. Goliath Home World Limited did a fantastic job replacing windows, a door, guttering, fascias and soffits. Everything was completed to the agreed schedule and budget. They always arrived on time on the agreed days, worked to a high standard, cleaned up well after themselves and the products are all of excellent quality. The two fitters, Adam and James were polite, helpful and hard working. They talked through the job with us well, agreeing the schedule for each day and explaining any new features, e.g. different types of window opening latches and even provided a video on opening and closing the French doors! They spotted some manufacturing faults during the fitting process and arranged for replacements which were fitted in a very timely manner, within the original time schedule for the job. We have had a couple of minor adjustments made since the job was completed and they have also been dealt with very quickly and appropriately. Overall we were very impressed with the quality of the windows, door and fittings. It has transformed the look of the house, one neighbour described it as "stunning". We have been really happy with the whole process, from the first enquiries, throughout the entire fitting process and since completion. We would definitely recommend Goliath Home World Limited if you want high quality products and service.

I would gladly recommend Goliath at Cannock. Really nice and friendly from the point of sale to the installation team. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Clean up all the mess afterwards and work until the job is done. We had 3 doors replaced on the same day. Payment amount and schedule all as originally agreed. Very quick to reply to any query or alteration. First class service.

We had our Facias and Soffits capped as well as new guttering and downpipes in August 2025. We have used Goliath for many years from windows throughout, conservatory, porch and kitchen. There service has always been exceptional including this occasion. The initial scaffolding was erected in good time with attention to detail in protecting our property where required. The work was carried out efficiently by a skilled team who were very friendly and accommodating when I had an queries. I would like to mention the team as I hope they get some recognition for their efforts. They are: Dan, Brent, Cain, Jeff and Adam. The work was completed on time and they tidied the area as best they could and cleaned everything down. It has made such a difference to our house! Quality service from start to finish, beginning with a very friendly and helpful quote and sales experience, leaving us very happy that we have chosen a professional business. The Installation took 5 days which the two installers were polite and friendly, keeping us informed during the whole process. They left our home clean and tidy at the end of each day and on completion explained everything we needed to know before they left. The post-sales went smoothly with the guarantees and documentation following on without issue Good job all round

Had 4 triple glazed windows and a Solidor fitted. Workmen very polite and helpful (Adam & James). Had a problem with the door (Solidor), which was found on fitting, the fitter reported it, door was left secure. There was a problem getting a new door, so a little delay, but this was not a problem as we were secure. Solidor sent there fitter to replace the door, all's well.

We had replacement windows, doors and an insulated conservatory roof fitted by Goliath. After having a few different companies out to give us quotes for the work we required we chose Goliath because we were able to go into their showroom and see examples of all the products they recommended using in our home. The sales team are professional and not pushy and come up with good suggestions and are knowledgeable about their products. The fitters were polite and friendly and hard working. They carried out a thorough, very neat job and our windows and doors and roof all look wonderful. The workmen left our property clean and tidy each day. A team of two fitters installed eight windows (including a bay) and a front door in three days. They were extremely efficient, courteous and thorough and could not have been more helpful to us as they went along. The finished job looks superb and they left the entire site very clean. We're very happy with the result.

Goliath replaced the existing polycarbonate roof to our conservatory (built by Goliath some 20 years ago) with a Guardian Warm Roof. They came on the agreed date, protected the areas to be retained and carried out the work to a professional high standard. Each trade (uPVC fitters, electricians and plasterers) all worked well together following on without any delay. They removed all rubbish leaving the conservatory ready for me to decorate. There were very few defects (which were rectified immediately) and all tradesmen were polite, well presented and kept us informed of progress regularly. We are extremely pleased with the result which was kept within budget. The only regret is we didn't have the roof done earlier as it has now made the conservatory a usable room all year round now.

We first started replacing our windows/doors via Goliath over 19 years ago in stages. They were always excellent in every way professional, polite, friendly, clean and tidy work. We had to have some window locks replaced after a few years ( due to unforeseen circumstances) and there was no hesitation in carrying out the work. Stuart remembered us from all those years back and his professionalism was the same as ever that was the reason we once again decided to go with Goliath. We never even bothered to get other quotes in. The two fitters were also extremely professional, polite, friendly and everything was, left clean and tidy. The same goes for the two girls we spoke to in the office Jackie and Georgina both very helpful and friendly. The work was started on time and every step of the work was completed according to schedule. The Builders, Electricians, Plumber, Plasterer and Roofers/Glaziers were all exceptionally professional and completed everything to a very good standard and absolutely on time.
