Richard came to the house to quote and was extremely knowledgeable about his products and services. The price was agreed and work booked. Scaffolding went up as arranged and the fitting team arrived the next day and on time. Both scaffold team and solar fitting team were professional and courteous at all times and jobs were completed early on both days. Scaffolding was removed two days later and left clean and tidy. The system they fitted is extremely efficient and has already started to save me money. We spoke to Richard late 2023 and he duly provided us with a competitively priced quote for the system requested. We then had no pressure from him while we did our due diligence and compared systems quoted and prices. A family bereavement pushed things back further and still no pressure from Richard, We final got back in touch with him in May 2024 and said we were ready to move things along. Richard promptly came and viewed the property and finalised the quote based on roof space for panels, and then waited again while we discussed with the local planning team if we needed planning permission as we live in an area of national outstanding beauty. Once we had the permission to go ahead without the need for planning, Richard jumped into action again and we agreed a date for installation in early June 2024. The scaffolding went up on the day agreed and the fitting team arrived as planned and did a fantastic job of installing the panels, invertor and our two batteries, the team were polite, professional and clean in their workmanship. The scaffolding was removed a couple of days later. 2 months on and we are extremely please with our system which works really well and has reduced our electric bill by 50% in July, we have 2 x electric cars so are very high users of electric. We would highly recommend Richard and Gone-Solar.
