I called Michael on the 1st Feb, regarding my leaking toilet. He asked me to send some pictures and he would provide a quote. He promptly provided a quote, but said if I wanted a more specific quote he would be able to come and have a look. He came the next day and provided a quote by email. I agreed for the work to be done and an appointment was made for the following week. Michael was polite, on time and a clean and tidy worker. I would happily use Michael again.

Michael was very prompt in response to the advert for our work. We needed to have a new toilet, towel rail, bath panel & shower screen fitted. Michael arrived on time & the quote arrived the following day. The work was agreed & we only had to wait a few days before the work began. During this work, we also had flooring fitted. Sadly, that company didn’t work to the planned schedule but Michael was very accommodating & re-planned himself to get it done. The goods & work are of a high standard. Michael is a lovely gentleman, who we will definitely use again.

Mick was timely in his response and then provided a good service and qas quick getting the work done. I was happy with the advice that was given by Mick but he didn't put any pressure on getting the work done immediately. Kept us informed of the condition of the boiler and gave good advice on what we could get done. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

Mick replaced a shower pump and side panel on the bath. The work was completed to a very high standard. He was punctual with it and completed it on time. Kept us informed of the work he was doing throughout. Very pleased!

I was calling around as had a leak from the upstairs bathroom into the downstairs bathroom and got through to Mick, said he'd be half-hour but turned up in 15 minutes. Mick explained it was on an emergency rate and clearly outlined the charges and different options he could do. He saw where the leak was, took one look and figured out what was causing it. Took the tile off to shut the water off and fixed it and completed it within an hour. Mick explained after what had happened and gave recommendations on new taps to stop it from happening in the future. Have booked him again to fit the new taps. Would recommend!
