Installation of an EV charger, installed very clean and tidy with good clipping and hiding of cabling

We had two old solar panels, which were on our property when we moved in, they never worked, so we had them disconnected. We had a leak that stained our bedroom ceiling, this was caused by the panels, I contacted Kevin at goodwin electrical and he came out and had a look, showed me a video taken in the loft, so I could see where the leak was coming from, he checked our porch roof for weight bearing as he was concerned about the weight of two people and the panels. He emailed me a quote, which I accepted, then he emailed me a suitable date to remove the panels and the fittings from the loft, replace some roof tiles and felt and make the roof good. I was happy with the quote, prior to the removal date, he emailed me and text me a time that he would arrive. They arrived on time, checked the porch roof and removed the panels very efficiently, then Simon went into the loft and removed the fittings, he put some of the fittings in a bucket as there was some liquid coming out and he did not want to ruin my flooring, he was very careful, he also put some wet towels and insulation into a black bag and disposed of it in their skip. Kevin went to another job and left Simon to remove the bars which supported the panels, and replace some felt and roof tiles. We had some of the original tiles, so as Simon was putting some back he noticed that some of the tiles had been cut and were smaller, so while he was on the roof, he replaced those as well. He did a brilliant job, as you can,t tell where the panels had been, and he did,nt need to change the smaller tiles, as we would not have known any difference. We were very happy with them both and the customer service that we received, we were also glad that we had gotton Goodwin Electrical for the job and we would definitely recommend them.

Goodwin Electrical installed a solar PV ecosystem for us. This included solar panels, batteries and a car charger. The entire experience was exceptional. Kevin, was professional, polite and knowledgable. He kept us informed at every stage, and came to site on time to complete the work. The installation was on time and a professionally completed job.
