A downstairs WC room was built and all fittings installed into a space within another room. The walls were built, the ceiling put in, the tiling done, wall panelling, lighting and bathroom fittings provided and installed. They provided lots of advice with regards to choice of fittings and listened to what look I wanted to achieve when it was complete.

We had help with the design and supply of a kitchen by Goodwin's. Michael was extremely helpful and guided us through the process. Nothing was too much trouble. No delay, no problems and extremely happy with the quality and price.

Total renovation of a small en suite bathroom, including under floor heating. A first class job all round - looks superb. The staff were a pleasure to work with and the owner, Michael, always immediately accessible for any problems.

Our ensuite bathroom required complete refurbishment as the layout did not meet our needs and all the fittings required replacement. Having received good reviews first hand from satisfied customers, we decided to visit Goodwins. After a detailed consultation at the showroom, Michael Goodwin produced a design and estimated budget for the project. We were very impressed with his proposal and decided to proceed. The budget and work schedule were confirmed, and as there was a six month lead time before work started, we were able to look at various options for fittings and decoration, without feeling rushed. Michael was very happy to obtain samples of tiles, sinks, taps etc. to help with our decision making. Once the refurbishment started, Jamie, the Project Manager, ensured that everything progressed smoothly and oversaw the entire project from start to finish. The bathroom was stripped back to the bare walls and underfloor heating was installed. The doorway was replaced with glass blocks and a new entrance to the bedroom made. A false wall was created so that the services for the shower, sinks and toilet could be hidden and storage cupboards were built under the eaves. Floor and wall tiles were laid and new ceiling spotlights installed. Everything was tidied up at the end of each day and care was taken of our property. The various trades arrived on site in a timely manner and any queries/issues were discussed with us and dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. We are delighted with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending Goodwins.

We had a complete bathroom refurbishment. This involved moving the hot water cylinder and airing cupboard to an adjacent room, lowering the ceiling, installing fan and ceiling lights, installing a shower, bath and washbasin The floor was levelled and laid, plastering, tiling and redecoration completed on time and to budget. Plans were drawn up and budget agreed. We were shown fittings where possible. The people carrying out the work were friendly, professional and tidy. They explained what they were doing and Michael was available to answer any queries.
