Right from the start…..Steve, Harry and his team were so helpful and friendly. They have been patient throughout as this was an insurance-funded project - and they couldn’t do enough. Maintained contact throughout, friendly advice, clean, tidy workmen and would do anything for any of their customers. They stood out from the start, didn’t rush it, talked us through how they would do the job……we felt really at ease. Steve, Harry and their team of roofers did a fantastic job. They gave me fixed quote for a re-roof (new breathable membrane) which was a very good price. Once the scaffolding was up, they got on with carefully removing the existing tiles and then felted and battened as they went. The team were polite, friendly and considerate. They kept us informed about the work and how things were going. I now have a lovely clean roof, neatly relined and a fully vented ridge. They also repaired a sagging fascia and gutter line. I am very satisfied with the work done. Thank you everyone.

Called for a quote, Steve came round in 10 minutes, the roof was inspected and an estimate given straight away. I was fitted in the following week. The pitched roof over my garage was leaking & causing water to come in at floor level to the room over the garage. They also reattached some lead flashing on another part of the house which was coming away. Work was done efficiently and within estimate. Very responsive and reliable. Friendly and helpful.

Job was partial repointing on the back of our Victorian house using lime mortar - the repair needed to blend with the existing undamaged mortar. Steve was very prompt at responding to my request, provided a reasonable quote very quickly and the work was agreed to be carried out in a good timescale. The chap that carried out the work did a very good job. He was very considerate and very tidy (it is a very dusty, but he tidied up so well, you wouldn't know the work had been carried out!). In summery, work carried out to a great standard on time and in budget - all round, I'm very pleased and would definitely use this company again.

Came out and quoted within a few days of contacting them. Once work was confirmed they got everything scheduled and completed within a week. Very friendly bunch. Got the work finished in a day. Clearly explained what they did and took pride in their work. Would use again. Recommend!

I contacted 3 companies , 2 failed to respond, the third, Goss and sons, quickly replied, visited, gave a very reasonable estimate and came and completed the work within a few days taking just a morning. The invoice matched the estimate though the work exceeded that quoted. They were at all times polite, appeared efficient, tidied after the work, and were flexible to suit my diary. I was highly satisfied.

Steve and his team were lovely people, very friendly throughout from the first phone call to finishing the work. They were very responsive, got back to me really quickly, came round to take a look straight away and gave me a fair price in their quote for the work. They were able to start the work within a few days, arrived at the time they said and explained everything very clearly to me, happy to answer any questions and Steve was clearly very experienced and knew what he was doing. We had some spalling bricks replaced around the base of the house with a French drain put in, a garden wall repaired and some brickwork repairs done. The work was done well to a very good standard and they cleaned up afterwards, also communicating well with my neighbours as they needed access next door for some of the work. Will definitely be using their services again next time I need any work done!

I contacted Steve and Harry after seeing their details on Which, to get some repairs to our roof and dormer window. I'd already had 3 builders round, none of which got back to me with a quote. I was so pleased when Steve promptly gave me a quote, then phoned me when he said he would to book in the work. The work was all completed within a week of me speaking to Steve and I am very pleased with the work. I will definitely keep Steve's contact details on my phone for any future work and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

The Goss team completed repointing of whole DPC and carried out repairs to garden walls. Work was completed within 2 weeks of initial enquiry and we received a quick response to our request for a quote. Quote was within expected range for the work, with no additional cost on completion. All the works look to be completed to a high standard. Good communication and left the area tidier than they found it!
