I had a great experience with this company throughout the process. From my initial inquiry to the fitting of the worktops, everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It is very reassuring to only have to pay a deposit with the balance due on completion of the fitting. This shows that they are confident in their product and service. They were very accommodating when I added to my order at the time of templating. The fitters were excellent and I am delighted with the finished worktops.

Excellent product and service provided. I could not travel to the store to see the product, therefore I was provided with a video of the worktop from their store and sent out a sample via post. Which made the decision process easier. I was amazed at how quickly the installation was done after templating. Everyone who I spoke to at the company was extremely friendly and helpful, and always happy to provide advice when required. The worktop I brought was Gris concrete.

I just used Granite Zone for the first time recently. From start to finish I couldn’t have asked for more they came out measured up I picked my quartz they gave me an install date the lads turned up no messing about everything was done exactly as we wanted it. So overall a very good reliable service from start to finish cheers guys.

I searched ever available company i could find and granitzone came out on top. The salesman was great and offered good advice and even helped me choose my worktop. He was accommodating when changed my order. The fitters arrived when they should have and I relied heavily on their advice which has worked amazingly. I was impressed with how fast and precise they fitted it! The aftercare is great for piece of mind but honestly i don’t think i will need it! Would recommend to anybody! Thanks Granite zone.

Although the quartz itself is lovely, I would not recommend this company. After seven weeks it still isn’t finished. Twice they have arranged to return and finish it, and both times not turned up and no call to say why. When I call the company no one answers, so I leave a message and no one calls back. Their customer service is abysmal!

I needed a worktop on short notice & just before Christmas. Lindsay at Granite Zone was very helpful and managed my order from start to finish. She fitted me in quickly with the templating & fitting to make sure I had a beautiful worktop before Christmas day. The whole team were very helpful & friendly. All the work was done to time & budget & no mess left anywhere. A pleasure to deal with. 5 Stars in every respect.

We are so pleased with the worktops and the service we received ! I rang granite zone at the beginning of Dec (2nd) and spoke to John who was absolutely brilliant he assured me they would be able to get the worktop installed before Christmas! Joe arrived to do a template on the 6th and the whole thing was installed on the 17th Dec. The service, fitting and aftercare has been truly brilliant. The worktops are better than I expected, very high quality and lovely finish they did exactly what I asked! Thank you.

Great finish and very helpful
Granite zone were very helpful and quick to reply to our emails. We had a worktop fitted on the morning we agreed. The fitters fitted our sink and taps for no further cost,which made it very easy for our plumber to connect the water without any problem. Both my sister and myself have used granite zone and are very happy with the high standard of work. I would recommend this company whenever possible. When I compared prices with other companies, granite zone came out best and most value for money.

Choose this company first. Top class company for service, price, product quality and the skill and attention to detail from the helpful fitters Marc and Luke. You can judge a company best when the unexpected happens or plans have to change and both happened in my installation. The fitters and the company went the extra mile to ensure that no extra costs were incurred (despite extra work required).

Dealt with John at Granite Zone from start to finish and cannot recommend the company enough. He explained all the options and the process when we first met and his professionalism was carried all the way through from first contact to follow up after they worktops had been installed. The install team contacted us on the day of installation to let me know when they’d arrive. They completed the job to the highest standard and left the kitchen as clean as when they arrived. We got the Beltrami White Stardust quartz worktop with up stands and splash backs... it’s amazing!
