Due to illness I had not used my car for four weeks. So flat battery, and a call for assistance to green flag. On time and fault fixed..
Faujt was a flat 23v battery on my hybrid Prius. Not something I can resolve. Green Flag engineer arrived on time and I had a 15 minute arrival confirmed by phone Fault resolved in 10 minutes and even helped ensure my tyres were correct pressures. above and beyond what was expected

Absolute life saver!
We broke down on a hot Sunday afternoon with a load of frozen shopping and a child with Additional Needs in the car. Within an hour of calling Green Flag, the mechanic had found us, fixed the problem and got us back on the road. His friendly manner and competence were very much appreciated by us all. Jason of Able Assist, you are a real star! This is why I have Green Flag. We would have been in real difficulty and lots of extra expense without the service yesterday.

He was timely and thorough. Explained what he was doing and highlighted the issues he was going along. Once complete he accompanied to the petrol station and made sure that restarted, which it didn't. So went through the bleeding process again. Then ok.

Excellent roadside service
Booked roadside assistance via the app. I was kept regularly informed by phone as to where my driver was and roughly how long they would be. Work could not be carried out on roadside, so I was brought home along with my car. At all times the people I spoke to were courteous and polite.

Quick, efficient and helpful
I had a flat battery at an airport car park and contacted Green Flag via the app. Having been told I would be attended to within 1 hour, the technician arrived after 10 minutes. I was telephoned to advise of his arrival and I was back on the road within 15 minutes, after the technician had performed various checks. Overall an excellent quick service which was exactly what I needed after a plane journey.

Green Flag needed for first time
Was on way for lunch on a Sunday with my wife and 98 year old disabled Mother in Law when I suffered a punctured tyre. Using the green flag app Robert the operative arrived within 45 minutes and completed a puncture repair in 30 minutes. My experience can simply be described as Quick Efficient Courteous.

Green flag to the rescue
Green flag came out to help me when brakes failed on my car. The technician was great, loaded car onto trailer at my home and took it to my chosen garage. I felt most assured that the car had been taken care of and the clerk on phone and technician were both friendly and helpful. The time schedule was less than three hours as my car was at home and not stranded on road side. I would refer Green flag to any motorist what ever age. Also Green flag is affordable at £62 a year for the 'Rescue plus,' which can be found on their website.

Electrical Failure after 8 days in a field!
Struggled out of Glastonbury 24 late in the day. Stopped briefly but could start the engine and stop nearly became a lay-over. Remembering my Green Flag app I logged the call and tracked the Tecnician from his prior job to me. I had confirmed my location with What-three-words as I did not recognise my location. Suffice to say the Glastonbury gremlins were bannished by Dave’s magic box of tricks and the battery and alternator were now functioning after a “ jump start electrically “ How Odd!

Motorway tyre blowout
After a recent caravan tyre blowout on the M5 at 4.30am it was a terrifying experience. I immediately called Green Flag and because of the circumstances, the jumped into action. The service was impeccable. I was contacted regularly, with updates on progress. The mechanic arrived in under an hour and got straight to work. It only took about 15 minutes to fit the spare wheel by a very knowledgeable man, not an easy task when your back is facing speeding traffic. Even the day after the incident Green Flag pertains called me to make sure I was OK, what a lovely personal touch. To summarise, I could not be happier, from the first phone call to getting back on the road was brilliant. Thank you Green Flag, to everyone involved in my rescue, I can't thank you all enough. Its a lovely feeling to know your back is covered when you need it most.

Very happy with the service provided by Greenflag. Our engine coolant pump stopped working. We were only 20 mins from the destination. We were advised the repair cannot be fixed roadside, but it was possible to get to the destination when engine was completely cool. It was late and I needed to feed three children (4yr old twins and 5mth baby) and get them to sleep. The following day we were picked up and taken home from Yorkshire to Warwick. Car is now waiting to be repaired in the garage. Thank you. You saved my family.
