Broke down with caravan in tow on the A35. Used the Green Flag App which picked up location from the GPS signal. A few answers about circumstances and App confirmed rescue in progress. App also traced progress of local garage to completion (which was a systems reset on the car control modules, but also a recovery to home as the mechanic thought it too risky to drive with a caravan and heavy traffic in case the reset didn't work). The garage used (Slades at Chard) absolutely brilliant. The process was seamless and took a lot of stress out of the situation.

Speedy recovery
Got a puncture the evening prior to going on a family holiday, then having organised an appointment for new tyres early the following morning was unable to re inflate the tyre to drive my vehicle so contacted Green Flag to take me and my car to the tyre garage. This was done with ease on the app, and due to the prompt response was able to get new tyres fitted and on our way only a couple of hours behind schedule. Great service. Really happy.

Great work and fast
Due to the extreme weather, rain, wet, dark, misty my beak down was at the most inconvenient time and place but managed to park at a safe place. At this time my wife continued her journey by bus and I made contact to green line through the tel number on my insurance details. Not sure but it was an hour I think when Sam arrived. Moving vehicle very slowly to a more safe and convenient place to deal with the fault. Didn't take long to do. Once finished I offered Sam to buy him coffee but he declined saying that there was another job coming through for him to attend. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

Speedy rescue
I called Green Flag around 9 pm yesterday because my clutch had failed while I was parking and I was not in a very good place. They were so helpful and reassuring and arrived within 45 minutes. They took me to the local garage I specified quickly and efficiently. I have spoken to the garage now and hopefully they will repair my car. I was very impressed with the service offered by Green Flag and would certainly recommend them.

Let’s hope you never need to use them
I have paid for your services for 8 years and the one time I needed you, I was asked “have you tried googling for a breakdown service”. I was left at a motorway services with a space saver wheel on the car. Your technician told me “DO NOT drive that wheel on the motorway” but then your ‘safety team’ deemed it safe to drive up to 300 miles on the motorway - which goes against your technician’s/ vehicle manufacturer/ and the tyre manufacturers instructions. I was left to drive 200 miles home on the motorway, not exceeding 50mph and every 25 miles I had to tighten the wheel bolts. This was in the top three worst experiences of my life.

They did a diagnostics, they tried to fix it but couldn’t. I was then on a hooked up recovery trailer and lifted home
@Michael was great at his job, however there was another wait for me as his controller was asking me to pay for the mileage home of £98 or wait even longer for parts to arrive after already waiting 3hrs on my own. Not @Michaels fault it was a lack of communication between Green Flag and the traders policy. @Michael gets a 10 out of 10 from me.

I got through to an operator so quickly and Heather was so friendly on the phone. My car had just got a puncture and Heather organised the car being recovered and booked in a garage to be fixed the next day whilst I was at work. Amazing service!

Greenflag call-out
I contacted Green Flag Recovery on Monday 7th October 2024 as my vehicle would not start. It had developed a complete power loss. The operator at Green Flag was very helpful and empathised with my situation. With the use of the app. on my mobile phone I could see how long the technician was away from me. He arrived twenty minutes before the estimated time. The technician (Robert) asked me what I knew about the vehicle's fault, then used a jumper booster to start the engine. I was delighted with his efforts and he was polite throughout the duration of his time with me. I can only say that my whole experience with Green Flag was one of satisfaction would definitely recommend Green Flag to friends and others.

Green Flag to the rescue
Whilst on holiday on the Isle of Wight my car started to make an awful screeching noise, this got worse and I realised it wasn’t safe to drive as I was pretty sure it was metal on metal which was probably the brakes. I used the Green Flag app to contact them at approximately 9 am. by 11.15 my car was on the way to a garage. It was a stressful time as we were due to leave the Island 2 days later. However the garage was excellent, contacted me to say what needed doing and how much it would cost and assured me it would be ready later that day. It was. Excellent service from Green Flag and Bartlett's Garage.

I had a flat tyre on my way to visit relatives in Tarleton. It was a special occasion as it was a combined eightieth birthday for my mum and aunt. I rang Green Flag and they arrived quickly. Wayne was friendly and took me to Halfords to get my tyre replaced. I am very grateful to Wayne for helping me. It was really appreciated.
