I was recommended Green Team One by a neighbour who said their workmanship was high quality and that they had an eye for detail. I can echo that opinion and add to it. They were friendly, fast and accurate, and they talked through all the various options thoroughly and patiently. Solar plus storage is a complex product because the peak power isn?t as important as total energy, but the latter is hard to visualise. The company explained how their proposed design would meet my needs without forcing it on us. I?ve had several helpful messages from them since about the operational aspects and the performance of the hardware has been excellent so far.

We had Aiko solar panels, GivEnergy inverter and battery installed by Green Team One in October 2024. From the initial consultation with Rob, through to the final invoice being paid, Green Team One were a pleasure to deal with. Rob was very thorough and explained how different systems worked, what would work best for us, and tailored the solution to fit our needs. Tom was extremely helpful whilst going through the installation plans and worked with us to find the best route for cabling etc. The installation happened as expected and when promised. I would 100% recommend Green Team One.

Green Team One installed 16 solar panels, an inverter and battery at our property. We originally had another 4 companies quote for the work but they didn't fill us with confidence and failed to fully explain how we could best use the solar to our advantage. Rob spent time with us, explaining the system and advantages clearly and answered all our questions. He was (and still is!) always happy to answer calls and emails from us if we have any questions. The install went very smoothly, all the team we met were very professional and spent extra time with us to ensure the install met our requirements and that we were happy. Afterwards Rob visited us again and talked through the system and explained how to update the settings to best benefit from exporting/importing power as required

Rob arrived to discuss what I wanted from the solar installation. He made some suggestions as to the best solution and we agreed on the number of panels and battery size. A couple of weeks later, the scaffold arrived and the following week the team turned up to fit the system. The team from green team one were very considerate and completed the work with the minimum of disruption. Tom went through the app and showed how the system was set up and how to make some of changes to this once I have the export tariff set up

Green Team One, installed my Photo Voltaic Panels, and Solar battery. Rob, came to my house and outlined all the work and what the system would do, the price was clear and he was very professional. After a few visits to survey the installation was completed, and on time, everything was installed neat and tidy as well. Contacting Green Team One, also was very easy with emails, texts and phone calls answered promptly.

Rob Johnston and his team were friendly, highly efficient and made a point of ensuring they provided us with best advice to meet our requirements. They also advised us on tarrif options so that we could secure the best import and export tarrifs for our system. Customer care is a priority for them and they visited us after commissioning our system to ensure it was working effectively and efficiently. I have no hesitation in giving Green Team One a five star rating!

We came with more questions and enquiries later, which were all patiently answered. Installation itself was quick, with no hassle, and with the great attention to detail. Post installation visit provided us with more useful information and advice. Generally very good experience.
