We decided to try it with solar panels, after having quite a long time of hesitation and research. I have spoken with a lot of salespeople trying to sell all kind of things most of them not proper to our needs, presenting out of the blue figures (I happens to have a strong background in designing algorithms for combined solar systems). Allan from GreenTeamOne was helpful and honest presenting us a system fit for purpose. The Electricians and roofers were friendly and efficient; the installation went nice and smoothly; the installation happened in Bristol, end of June 2025. But now problems appear. Problem no1: while removing the scaffolding, the guttering was snapped (nothin serious but annoying when it rains). The problem was moved several times between the Green Team One and the scaffolding company with the conclusion that Green Team One will fix it. The Green Team One sent a “specialist”: one to have a look, second, he did not appear, third to discover he cannot climb on the ladder. Finally, at the fourth attempt with a mini scaffolding, he managed to apply a patch. But the disaster stroke again: when the dismantled the scaffolding, thy managed to break the security light – I must replace it now and ask for reimbursement. So finally, after 3 months we managed to fix a trivial problem with a diy solution and just £30 damage Problem no2: You would expect to have all the document and be able to apply for an export MPAN in abou

All I wanted was an upgrade to my inverter. after listening to my request to understand my reasoning (checking that it would be a benefit to my system and not just an expensive, unnecessary upgrade), Rob and his team couldn’t have been more helpful. With the system I have, they found the best inverter for the job, and at a price that was very competitive with other quotes I had received. The installer turned up at the agreed time, and I have nothing but praise for his workmanship and attitude. If I want anything else upgraded or replaced in the future, Green Team One will be my 1st port of call

Great service from Green Team One. Communication throughout the process was spot on. We had plenty of notice as to what was happening when. The team took the time to explain the design, the benefits of the equipment and were accommodating to minor changes - while working hard to ensure we understand all the output rates that the different changes made. Overall fantastic service and we are very happy - no hesitation recommending.

August 21st 2024 I commission an online company (not Greenteam One)to add a battery storage to an existing solar array. They came up with a very attractive quotation so I awarded them the contract. The installation was not only dangerous but failed to meet the warranty for the givenergy products, and other essential regulatory requirements,worse was their abject refusal to correct the work. After a long battle and with the help of my bank I was able to get a significant refund from this rogue company. A very painful and worrying experience. Greenteam one got to hear about my appalling experience and offered to do a complete reinstall of the equipment, which i agreed. What a difference, the professional approach, attention to detail, consideration given to me my property and equipment was first rate. I now have a system that is safe and fully compliant with regulations and warranty. I cannot recommend Rob, Tom and Greenteam one highly enough. An excellent company that deserves to succeed. I used this company to install 2 solar panel arrays together with associated switchgear and battery. From planning through installation to commissioning they were professional, knowledgeable and always courteous. Even the scaffolding sub contractor was quick, polite and efficient.
