Rob and the team designed the perfect solar, battery and EV charger install for my property. The fitting was done a day earlier than expected, which was mutually agreed and no problem at all as the team were superb. All the electricians and technicians were polite, courteous and diligent. So much so, that they even helped fix my broken drainpipe!

From the first appointment with Rob to final commisioning and handover the team were fantastic. I had 5 quotes from various suppliers but Green Team One listened to what I wanted explained all the equipment options and we agreed on a system that was as non Chinese as is possible and integrated with Octopus and our Zappi car charger. Even in December I have noticed that my electricity bill has reduced by 35%. Green Team One were the second cheapest but what they offered was superb value for money. Strongly recommended

Green Team One installed a solar system and battery at our property in Cheltenham. They were helpful, communicative and professional from first quote to the follow-up meeting to check we were happy with the work. There was no hard sell, they just gave us the information we asked for, answered all follow up questions and left us to consider the quote in our own time. The scaffolding went up when they said, and the roofers and electricians arrived at around 830am on install day and were finished by around 230pm. Very pleased with both the system they fitted and their professionalism.

Came upon Green Team One when we were looking for a 'local' company, to compare to the 'national' companies to give us a quote for Solar + Battery when Octopus wouldn't as we were 'too difficult'. We spoke on the 'phone to Rob and he gave us a competitive quote, offering a more 'personal' service. We opted for them, because of their efforts to go 'above and beyond' the 'nationals', whilst matching their prices and they were as quick as the national companies. We arranged an installation date for November, but unfortunately Storm Claudia showed up some problems with our roof, but the scaffolding was erected and the team came to install the battery and inspect the roof to check if it was possible to install the solar panels. The battery was installed, but Ryan thought it would be better to fix the roof to ensure we had no problems at a later date. Rob said he would get their roofer, Dan, to come and inspect whilst we were away on holiday and then fix it, which he did. Fortunately it was a (fairly) cheap fix. and the scaffolding was kept in place. However, Ryan turned up just before Christmas and was an 'absolute star', mounting all the panels in heavy rain, so that the system could be installed before Christmas. and the scaffolding removed. Service beyond expectations. We've since had a personal handover from Rob and always had prompt response to our many questions. Currently we're saving 50%+ on our electricity bill and hope to be cost neutral or better by the summer. Great!

We decided to invest in solar panels, battery storage, EV charger and an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP), and approached a number of local companies for quotes. From the start of this process, Green Team One were very professional, going through our options and what our likely rate of return could be. As Green Team One were the only company out of the initial group we contacted that could also supply and install the ASHP in-house, they also carried out a heat loss survey. Once we had received all the quotes, we decided to go with Green Team One – although they were not the cheapest option, we were very impressed with the level of detail provided and that they would be able to handle the entire installation themselves. A start date was agreed very quickly and clear communication was given as to what we would need to do before the work commenced. The work was split into two phases, with solar panels, battery, EV charger & ASHP installation being phase 1 and phase 2 consisting of removing the old gas central heating system and replacing it with the ASHP. We were very impressed with both the quality & the speed of the work. The handover session was very detailed, with demonstrations on how to set up and monitor the various apps & accounts needed to run and monitor the new devices, checks to ensure that everything was working as intended and time to answer questions we had. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else that was looking to install a similar set-up.

We selected Green Team One for our solar installation as they were both friendly and knowledgable. Some potential suppliers were constantly on the phone or bombarding us with emails. With Green Team One they left us to consider their quotation and quickly answered queries and amended the quote as required. Once finalised we received an installation date within a couple of days, and each date was stuck to with the exception of one delay in collecting our scaffolding at the end. They had to come the following day, which wasn't much of an incovenience. The completed system is performing as least as well as expected with our daily electricity use coming almost all from the solar and battery. There is a small overhead which comes from the grid to control the system and meter, but this is negligable and far offset by our electricity export. It took a week or so for Octopus to start registering our export, but now it is working, we should continue to make good savings on our electricity use, at least until the winter. I can definitely recommend Green Team One as a really good provider of solar systems.
