I am very pleased with the work Greenvision has carried out replacing my old storage heaters with Dimplex Quantum storage heaters and panels. Everyone from the office staff to the electricians were professional and helpful. The new storage heaters and panel heaters work well and all can be adjusted to the temperature and times required. The control hub which links to my smart phone is very useful. They have turned my cold bungalow into a warm home. Money well spent!

Greenvision installed 3 Dimplex storage heaters for me. I rang to book an appointment for a consultation and no one seemed available left a message for someone to ring me back. I waited for almost a week and no one rang me back. I rang again and luckily I was given an appointment to speak with Paul the next day. I spoke with Paul who knew his staff. He explained to me over a Zoom call all about the new Dimplex radiators showing me the new Dimplex radiator and all the controls on it as my radiators were 25 years old with very basic functionality. He worked out the sizes required by asking about room size, external walls, ceiling heights etc. The communication after this point was very good. I was given an installation date within a week and the name of the electrician doing the work. I had email and text reminders of the installation. Adam the electrician was excellent and very professional in every way. He carried all the work by himself very competently and professionally taking away all the old radiators and hoovering any dust from his work. So far the radiators are very good and we are very pleased with them.

We have had Greenvision Energy remove our old storage heaters and install new ones. The work was completed without any problems and the person who installed them was very helpful. We are very satisfied with our new heaters and with all the assistance we have received since with registering them.

The existing storage heaters in my home were 35 years old and had begun to fail. Greenvision were contacted with the view to replacing them with more efficient equivalent electric heaters. A scheme for 8 Dimplex Quantum heaters was proposed, supplied and neatly fitted. My existing 3 Phase supply caused some concern but the problems were quickly and efficiently resolved by the electrician whose work at all times was clean and tidy. Everyone I spoke with at Greenvision was knowledgeable, efficient and polite. When I was having difficulty completing the request for guarantee forms they offered help with that too. It has been a pleasure dealing with all at Greenvision and I just wait to see if the Quantum heaters are as efficient.

What a great service from start to finish everything was done to ensure we got the right equipment for our needs. All the sales staff were very good and kept us up to date. The installation was excellent even a suggestion to help us to understand. Finally, the waste and old heaters were collected and taken away.

Having decided to replace my 20 year old storage radiators for modern efficient items I obtained 3 quotations, all from "Which" recommended electrical contractors. I was immediately impressed by the Greenvision approach, although it did take a little time to finalise the quotation to satisfy the heating requirement in the large Kitchen/Diner. The new radiators were delivered on the appointed morning, ready and available for Adam and his sidekick Colin to remove 4 old radiators and fit 5 new, which they did in an efficient and workmanlike manner, and lets not forget this is heavy work! All was finished by mid afternoon even though it was a hot day. I helped a little by supplying iced squash ! Sharon in the office is friendly and efficient and was on hand to ensure the old radiators were collected the same evening. She has been attentive following the installation and helpful in every way to ensure the whole process ran smoothly from beginning to end. Its now midsummer so I cannot vouch for how effective my new radiators will be during cold weather but I feel optimistic.

In December 2023 Greenvision Energy supplied and fitted a Dimplex night store heater for us. This proved to have certain functional imperfections, but though it was not their fault, as the retailer Greenvision was exemplary in its dealing with Dimplex on our behalf, persisting until there was a satisfactory outcome. They kept us fully and promptly informed at every stage as to how things were progressing, and we felt all along that they were working for us and that the problem would be solved - as indeed it was. I would feel very confident in using Greenvision again, knowing how well they look after their customers. Date of experience: 21 February 2024

My old storage heater stopped working after 35 years and I wanted a replacement. My energy supplier EDF recommended Greenvision Energy. What I really liked was that Greenvision arranged everything. My old storage heater was removed to be recycled and new one put in its place. It took about 2 hours for the new storage heater to be fitted. It all works well and my house is now nice and warm again!

We found Greenvision efficient and friendly and are especially grateful to Brian and Sharon. Sharon rapidly responded to all telephone enquiries and kept us fully informed throughout the project of replacing our old nightstore heaters. Brian, the engineer, who carried out the initial survey and then the installation of the new Dimplex Quantum heaters was polite, professional, informative and very tidy in his workmanship. They are both a credit to Greenvision. In this day and age other companies would do well to follow Greenvision's ethics.

Very professional service from start to finish. Prompt response to my enquiry and very helpful advice on my replacement electric storage heaters. Regular updates on progress with survey arranged within a week and installation within a month of my order. The installation of 5 replacement heaters and a new electric radiator went ahead as planned with no mess and on budget. Aftercare service also good with detailed instructions provided on operation.
