Very easy company to deal with.Good email communication. Came out to do survey as planned. Had date for fixing Rock front door. Turned up as per plan, on time.Good workmen who did a really good job.Pleased that I used them, front door of high quality. Would use again and recommend them.

Used this company in July 2018 to completely double glaze my house - superb job and price. No hesitation contacting them again to talk through options for improving our tired old conservatory. Great, knowledgeable advice (no pressure selling). Agreed to proceed - new glass roof, replaced blown old panels (6) and boarded and plastered inner brickwork. This is the second time we have used this company and again are very pleased. They were punctual, polite, hardworking and very tidy. We had our eight upstairs windows replaced and have no hesitation in rebooking them again to replace our downstairs windows and patio door for later this year.

We are really pleased with our windows and the price we paid. Fitting is great. Only minor issue is the clearing up which left various items forgotten - vacuum cleaner, saws, bucket of waste materials.

From the first consultation to completion of the work I have been very impressed by this company. I was given a no nonsense quote including VAT by the salesman. This is in stark contrast to other companies who gave an inflated figure then suddenly came up with a discount but put pressure on to instruct on that day. My further enquiries were dealt with promptly and as soon as I gave the go ahead I was given an installation date. Other companies were vague, giving estimates of dates some as 18 weeks in advance. The staff in the office were friendly when I called to check the installation was going ahead. The fitters were punctual, friendly and polite. Most of all I am so happy with my new front door, it looks stylish and well made and I have already noticed a difference in insulation. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thoroughly professional at all levels.

After extensive research we chose Greener Glazing to provide replacement double glazing units to the whole home, involving a large bay, arched windows and patio doors. The price quoted was competitive and the plan for installation was clear and in a reasonable time scale. Due to unforeseen circumstances there was a delay in sourcing the arched windows (due to supplier COVID issues). We were informed promptly, and offered alternative dates. Laura, in the office, kept us up to date with the delayed windows on a regular basis, so we were able to plan accordingly. The installation of the windows was performed efficiently by a friendly, hard working team who completed the whole project in 4 working days. They kept the working areas clean and tidy, despite having to work in rain and on occasion, snow! We expected that there might be difficulties with the arched windows, but the measuring had been precise, and the fitted windows were a perfect fit, matching those being replaced perfectly. We are thrilled with the results, and would not hesitate to recommend Greener Glazing to friends and family.

5 UPVC windows fitted to the front of the house with minimum disruption. The fitters were polite and efficient. Each room was left in good order. Everything ran very smoothly and the company keep us well informed. There was a delay with the supply of one window which was understandable during a lockdown period with a new date being allocated and achieved. We would highly recommend this company.

After four previous local glaziers had failed to return calls or phone back I was pleased that Greener Glazing came out to assess the work on time, emailed me the same day with a quote and let me know when they would be able to carry out the work. They then arrived on time; removed the old misted double glazing unit and replaced it. The work was completed to a high standard with no mess. The price was competitive and we had a choice of ways to pay to suit us with payment due after the work was completed. Quotes and work were done in a Covid safe way. I was pleased with the work and their professional conduct at every stage. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Two very good pre installation visits to ensure the choice of windows was a good choice. Then the installation happened on time and although there were a few challenges as the installation was made these challenges were overcome and as a whole the windows were nigh on perfect. There was one window slippage shortly afterwards but a second visit quickly resolved that issue . The company Directors kept in touch throughout the fitting and also afterwards to ensure everything was completed. So good installation and good service.

From the first visit, when Gary listened and guided me to a style of window I am happy with to the courteous office staff to the professional, tidy window fitters, Sam and Callum, I am overall a very satisfied customer. Good job done. Clear explanation of work and quote for job. Arrived on time. Work undertaken quickly and professionally. Workmen did not however wear PPE as advised they would. Would have liked the nails in the unit trims to have been countersunk and filled.

The entire experience from initial enquiry to survey to fitting of two replacement windows was superb. The knowledge of the staff, the quality of the windows and professionalism of the guys was second to none. Maybe not the cheapest but overall package merits the extra.

Greener Glazing did an excellent job with my new front door, I ordered it online, and a person contacted me to visit and then a survey was taken, we proceeded, the door was ordered and arrived in three weeks. The service from beginning to end was excellent, the pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes, the installation team were prompt and tidy and did a great job and we ave no hesitation in recommending them again.

Based on Facebook and Which? recommendations, I contacted Greener Glazing for a quote to replace two windows. I had a home visit, a verbal and then written quote within a week and the windows replaced the following week. I cannot fault any aspect of their service or quality of the products or workmanship. 6 hours of non stop work by 2 very nice workmen (apart from swigging coffee), no mess, just fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend.
