GreenFox provided us with a complete energy solution. An old oil-fired boiler was replaced by a hot-water cylinder and digitally-controlled electric radiators. To allow this system to operate economically GreenFox installed 13 solar panels and two batteries. They also talked us through the energy supplier options and made sure that we were put on the tariff which worked best with our new system. The installation was completed within four days and everything seems to be working well. All we need now is some decent sunshine!

We entered into a contract with Greenfox Energy (Greenfox)to install 14 Canadian Solar solar panels and Duracell Energy battery storage. We chose them because they were a local company. The team at Greenfox were very knowledgeable about solar panels technology and battery storage and once they had inspected our home, were able to offer a tailored made package. They went to great lengths to ensure we got value for money for our budget. Their communication could not be faulted - always on hand to answer queries to aid our understanding through to keeping us informed of Home Energy Scotland (HES) updates. They worked closely with us to successful apply for the necessary grants/loans from HES and were flexible in their timescales where delays arose due to factors beyond our control. Installation was smooth and the team were always willing to work around our needs. The contractor was friendly, polite and professional, cleaning up as he went along. They are a friendly, approachable, knowledgeable business and this is demonstrated by their comprehensive 'aftercare' service. They still keep in close contact with information on how we are using the system, how we can better utilise the solar panels and the national grid to our advantage. All in all a company we would highly recommend.

GreenFox Energy assessed the requirements at my property and provided a proposal to Install and configure Solar PV Inverter with Battery and EV charger. They applied for DNO approval, then installed and integrated the system. The Install was completed on time and without any problem. They gave instructions on the operation, use and provide ongoing support to get the most benefit from the system. I am very pleased with the system.
