Full boiler service including cleaning filter. All done very cleanly and efficiently. Also fitted a new programmable thermostat for which the engineer gave full instructions/demonstration. Very pleased with the work.

The company attended promptly to assess the work, gave a quote and were able to complete the work within a few days. It was all left clean and tidy after they had completed. I was very pleased with them. Have used them previously for boiler service, drain clearing/repairs and plumbing works including replacing a toilet, and they are always very good.

Came more or less on time - very hot day. Problem was made more difficult as no one knew where inspection hatch was. Agent did everything he could do to sort another way - then hatch found - after a while sorted. Because of problems took over 2 hours but he remained focused. Well done

Polite, efficient service after a reassuring assessment of a flooded kitchen! The total cost was itemised and explained in detail. I was able to pay on the spot but was also given alternatives. I have just booked them for a different job because I think they are such good value for money!!!!

I have used this trader over many years and for various things, from boiler services to both major and minor plumbing repairs. They are always prompt to arrive or if an engineer has been held up I am kept informed of an ETA. Always polite and efficient. Latest job was to fix an boiler that was overheating.
