Polite, efficient service after a reassuring assessment of a flooded kitchen! The total cost was itemised and explained in detail. I was able to pay on the spot but was also given alternatives. I have just booked them for a different job because I think they are such good value for money!!!!

They are always prompt to arrive or if an engineer has been held up I am kept informed of an ETA. Always polite and efficient. Latest job was to fix an boiler that was overheating.
