We recently had a boiler replacement carried out at a tenant’s property in and were very pleased with the service from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional and reliable throughout. They arrived on time to carry out the initial quote, collecting keys from our office without any issue. They returned with options for replacement including like for like or changing to a heat pump as an alternative. Once we confirmed we wanted a quote for a new boiler, this was provided the same day, allowing us to move quickly. The works were then scheduled and started within a week. On the day of installation they again arrived on time to collect keys and carried out the works. What stood out was the communication and flexibility at the end. The office staff ensured completion documents were issued after hours so we could return the tenant to the property that same day. We would have no hesitation in using them again.
