We had a complete refurbishment of our bathroom done. When visiting prior to providing a quotation, Fred gave us some useful advice (not given by other companies that visited) which we took onboard. Daniel and James arrived on the due date, and they worked hard through the extremely high temperatures to complete the works within the agreed time frame. They were personable, professional, tidy and with a can-do attitude that included the fitting of new valves in the loft as the existing ones had seized. They kept us involved in any final decision making and made suggestions that improved the finished product. The result of their excellent workmanship and attention to detail was a bathroom that surpassed our expectations. We have no hesitation in recommending Grosvenor Builders.

We had some renovations to our house which included a new bathroom and kitchen and installing a utility area in what was an external corridor. The standard of work completed by Fred, Daniel James and the team is excellent. There has been excellent communication from start to finish of the project. The team were on site all day every day. They were polite, helpful, trustworthy professional and I believe provided good value for money. They took pride in the work they have done which is excellent quality and I am so pleased with the results. I would highly recommend this firm of builders.

We cannot recommend Grosvenor Builders highly enough. They recently completed our bathroom refurbishment which included knocking two rooms into one. From the moment Fred walked through the door with his clipboard to quote to the actual work carried out so efficiently by Dan & James - reliable, knowledgeable, tidy and very customer focused with great communication and care. They also completed extra jobs whilst onsite which were priced extremely fairly. Will have no hesitation whatsoever in getting them involved in any future building works we have.
