Dislodged roof tile - Great work and a very fast repair

Gary called me within 2 hours of my messaging him and said he could come round within 5 minutes, which he duly did. He immediately climbed on the roof, reseated the dislodged tile and cleared some weeds from around the chimney breast, and when completed said there wasn't a charge for the work as he was only up there 5 minutes. He checked around the roof and suggested several areas would require some remedial work, but not urgent. Given the speed of response and thoroughness of his work, I will be requesting that work be done, but for this repair I cant thank Gary enough. He was polite, efficient and an all round good guy. I would recommend GS Roofing for any of your roofing issues.

Gary responded very quickly when I reported my roof appeared to be leaking. We discussed repair/ renew (a previous roofer only offered to renew) and I decided to renew the roof. The work was carried out quite quickly after Gary had seen the roof . Gary and his team were professional and polite and I am delighted with the work carried out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend GS Roofing to anybody requiring roof repairs.

Gary and team replaced the old felt with a new breathable membrane on our Victorian house and provided a glass fibre flat roof to a new extension. They also fixed a number of gutter problems we had. Really pleased with the quality of the work and Gary’s responsiveness, recommend him highly!

Everything about the service from GS Roofing was excellent. Gary came to look at the job within a few days of me contacting the office. The work was booked in much quicker than I expected and the lads who came to do the work worked hard, were polite, and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. I was referred to GS Roofing by a friend & I’m so glad I was. I contacted them & did not have to wait long for a reply. Gary popped round, told me what needed doing & gave me a very reasonable quote. The work was done very soon after. We had a leak in the roof so Gary & his colleague removed batons and the dropped felt in order to replace new felt. We are very happy with the work that was done. They worked fast & were both pleasant & friendly. Gary took before & after photo’s so I was able to see exactly what had been done. Thank-you again to GS Roofing, we will definitely be using you again & will recommend you to others.

Gary arrived to quote on time. Climbed up on the roof to look at the problem. Showed me photos of the damage. Gave me 2 options a quick temporary fix or a permanent one. Emailed me the estimate. I chose the permanent fix and was booked in. On the day, they arrived promptly, and got on with the job with the minimum amount of fuss (although their choice of radio station left a little to be desired). All finished in less than 3 hours and all debris removed. Invoice was as quoted. Efficient, competent roofers. Would recommend.
