This is the second time that I have used Tom. Previously, he installed a new bathroom for me. For this project, Tom and I held several planning meetings together over the course of a month before the project started. Tom instigated these meetings as for him, planning is crucial to the success of a project which it was in this case as his team worked seamlessly in implementing each stage of the project. The major parts of the project were to install a new kitchen, a new en-suite bathroom and a new downstairs cloakroom. Tom's team worked very hard while always having a smile on their faces as they enjoy what they do. The quality of their craftsmanship on the project is outstanding. Tom, himself, has a good eye for what works well for the look of a room and so he was determined in his approach to find the right parts and materials in order to achieve that look for each part of the project. This was always in line with what I wanted and Tom consulted me throughout. It was a real collaboration and the results are superb. In summary, Tom is not only very good at what he does but gives excellent, unmatchable customer service which he gives effortlessly as he loves what he does and wants what is best for the customer. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I used this company to refurbish fully my bathroom in first place and separately at later stage to upgrade all the electrical wiring and cabling in my flat to bring up full to Best standard. They completed both works very professionally and diligently on time and within budget. I was impressed by their capabilities and efficient work and recommend them confidently.

The cement plinth round the outside of our bungalow needed replacing but no builders wanted such a small job. Then read on Trusted Traders that Tom had undertaken the same for another Which member this year. Tom got back to us immediately, came round and noted something other builders had missed - he certainly knew his stuff. He sent estimate quickly and explained he is booked up for big jobs for months, but could fit in our "little" one at once. Work had to be arranged around weather, and he kept us up to date every evening following BBC weather report if day needed to be changed. Introduced us to employee who carried out work and ensured all was going well. Mario was excellent and worked hard in spite of unexpected stops for rain. On last day Tom came to check we were satisfied with everything. We were. Communication with Tom was easy as he kept as informed via text the whole time and always responded to queries. Highly recommend and would definitely use him again and go to him for bigger jobs if required.

This is the third major piece of work H plus has done for me in the last three years. It was again excellent and the supervision and attention was first class.

We needed an old kitchen removed and a complete new kitchen to be fitted and lots of additional electrical and plumbing work. Tom and his team impressed us enormously from the initial meeting right to the end of the project. We feel so lucky to have had the benefit of Tom and his team of exceptionally skilled and careful craftsmen. They took so much care over their work and everyone of them was very polite and helpful. They each worked so well and efficiently individually and together as a team. Tom came daily to see how the work was progressing and to check that we were happy and satisfied with the ongoing work and if there were any problems or minor adjustments needed. The whole team was keen to do high quality work and they took real pride and pleasure in their work, in the end results and in our reactions and appreciation. We most highly recommend Tom and the team at H Plus Global Ltd as exceptional and outstanding and being wholly committed to doing work of the highest quality with exemplary customer care.

Tom Urbanski has very satisfactorily carried out work for me before and so I did not hesitate to ask him to repair the concrete strip at the base of the front of the house. As before, his work was of a high standard and he was totally reliable in carrying out the work efficiently and in a timely manner.

Contacted H Plus Global in order to get a new fridge freezer installed into an integrated kitchen and remove an existing appliance. Tom organised his colleague Andreas to do the work. Andreas was totally professional and did a great job. My wife and I cannot praise this company for such an effective and efficient service. We have no hesitation in using this company again and/or recommending them to future clients.

There were two areas of flat roofing on my property that needed replacement. Tom Urbanski's team have completed the work to my total satisfaction. Tom quoted for the work quickly and accurately, and then carried out the work to a very high standard. He kept me fully informed of progress throughout. Based on the reliability and high standard of workmanship, I have already asked him to carry out further work for me.

Tom replaced an old bathroom. Tom loves his job and it shows in many ways. For example, Tom came up with innovative ideas which have transformed my bathroom into a lighter, more spacious and attractive space. At the same time, Tom always puts the customer first. In fact, working with Tom is more like working in a partnership than working in a customer/supplier relationship in that there was a proper dialogue throughout the process. Turning to Tom's team, they took great pride in their work and the workmanship from them was excellent; indeed, a neighbour commented on the care one of them took over cutting the tiles. The team were also very hardworking, pleasant and polite. In short, I have struck gold with Tom and as a result of his work on the bathroom I have asked him to do a complete refurbishment of the house. Tom's ideas, drive and professionalism on this next project so far have been even more impressive. He is superb.

This is the second time I have used Tom and he did not disappoint. Efficient, careful and attentive to detail. You will not find a more attentive builder who communicates well and cares about the quality of his work.
