Tom saved my bacon when my builder backed out at the last minute. when i called him initially he didn't have any availability but he called me back the next day as one of his clients had to postpone their job. His initial estimate sounded slightly expensive to me but what i got was excellent quality workmanship, fantastic customer service, ongoing extremely practical advice and total satisfaction with the job.

Tom kindly squeezed us in his busy schedule to refurbish our shower. What we thought was a minor leak was in fact a bigger problem just waiting to happen due to work done by previous owners. Tom and his team showed us the damage and advised on rectification. Tom's team are passionate about their work and kept us abreast of the progress and it was clear to see how the areas impacted by the previous leak were being repaired. Tom's team would always tidy up at the end of the day and promptly turned up the next day to continue with the work. Tom has an excellent eye for detail and is very creative with bathroom designs. He was always available to discuss ideas and made time to advise on any suggestions we made. He builds a good rapport with his customers and is extremely reliable. We thoroughly enjoyed the process of selecting the materials and found a new appreciation for tiles, shower accessories and bathroom ideas and in fact have planned to have the entire bathroom to be refurbished by Tom's team! We are very happy with our new and much improved shower which has received lots of compliments from our house guests. Thank you Tom & team!

We had been in search for builders to lay our outbuilding floor and had no luck even receiving a quote. Also, our garage is of an unusual shape which required a bit more planning. We struck gold when we found Tom and his highly professional and competent team. From our first call to first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. We were impressed by Tom's accessibility - day or night, he would quickly respond to our queries. Tom’s team were punctual, efficient and took pride in their work. All their recommendations of materials were of top quality and anyone who has seen our garage floor is immediately blown away by the work and finish. We had a house party planned in advance of the works starting and having mentioned it to Tom and expecting just a bit of tidying up to be done before the event, Tom's team were very considerate in temporarily patching up the work site which did not interfere at all with the party. We cannot stop singing praises of Tom and his team and already have other projects lined up for his team.

Well what can I say - I’m absolutely thrilled with the way Tom and his Team have transformed my house/ my home - it was indeed in need of renovating. As a female looking for a builder, it’s a minefield out there so with a bit of research my findings were not disappointing. Tom is a fair price trader and helped me through many a decision, some of which I wasn’t expecting and others I hadn’t a clue. Worked consisted to take down an old tiny extension at the back of the house where the kitchen and the only bathroom of the house was located and build new extension with sky roof, with entire new floor plan with open kitchen space, create new bathroom on first floor and renovate the entire house. It was not an easy job as the back wall of the house had to come down with metal frame beams to be inserted to support the house plus securing old foundations with underpinning. Tom and his team carried the work in less than 3 months. They were relentlessly working to complete the job. Tom supported a lot to sort out all possible challenges we met with moving manhole, communication and agreement with the council or Thames water in express manner. They took care of all finishing and new kitchen fitting as well. Customer service was excellent! Tom was dealing in priority with each and every single issue whether on weekdays or weekends and always came back in a few hours or less. I highly recommend H Plus.

This is the second time that I have used Tom. Previously, he installed a new bathroom for me. For this project, Tom and I held several planning meetings together over the course of a month before the project started. Tom instigated these meetings as for him, planning is crucial to the success of a project which it was in this case as his team worked seamlessly in implementing each stage of the project. The major parts of the project were to install a new kitchen, a new en-suite bathroom and a new downstairs cloakroom. Tom's team worked very hard while always having a smile on their faces as they enjoy what they do. The quality of their craftsmanship on the project is outstanding. Tom, himself, has a good eye for what works well for the look of a room and so he was determined in his approach to find the right parts and materials in order to achieve that look for each part of the project. This was always in line with what I wanted and Tom consulted me throughout. It was a real collaboration and the results are superb. In summary, Tom is not only very good at what he does but gives excellent, unmatchable customer service which he gives effortlessly as he loves what he does and wants what is best for the customer. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I used this company to refurbish fully my bathroom in first place and separately at later stage to upgrade all the electrical wiring and cabling in my flat to bring up full to Best standard. They completed both works very professionally and diligently on time and within budget. I was impressed by their capabilities and efficient work and recommend them confidently.

The cement plinth round the outside of our bungalow needed replacing but no builders wanted such a small job. Then read on Trusted Traders that Tom had undertaken the same for another Which member this year. Tom got back to us immediately, came round and noted something other builders had missed - he certainly knew his stuff. He sent estimate quickly and explained he is booked up for big jobs for months, but could fit in our "little" one at once. Work had to be arranged around weather, and he kept us up to date every evening following BBC weather report if day needed to be changed. Introduced us to employee who carried out work and ensured all was going well. Mario was excellent and worked hard in spite of unexpected stops for rain. On last day Tom came to check we were satisfied with everything. We were. Communication with Tom was easy as he kept as informed via text the whole time and always responded to queries. Highly recommend and would definitely use him again and go to him for bigger jobs if required.

This is the third major piece of work H plus has done for me in the last three years. It was again excellent and the supervision and attention was first class.

We needed an old kitchen removed and a complete new kitchen to be fitted and lots of additional electrical and plumbing work. Tom and his team impressed us enormously from the initial meeting right to the end of the project. We feel so lucky to have had the benefit of Tom and his team of exceptionally skilled and careful craftsmen. They took so much care over their work and everyone of them was very polite and helpful. They each worked so well and efficiently individually and together as a team. Tom came daily to see how the work was progressing and to check that we were happy and satisfied with the ongoing work and if there were any problems or minor adjustments needed. The whole team was keen to do high quality work and they took real pride and pleasure in their work, in the end results and in our reactions and appreciation. Tom Urbanski has very satisfactorily carried out work for me before and so I did not hesitate to ask him to repair the concrete strip at the base of the front of the house. As before, his work was of a high standard and he was totally reliable in carrying out the work efficiently and in a timely manner.

Contacted H Plus Global in order to get a new fridge freezer installed into an integrated kitchen and remove an existing appliance. Tom organised his colleague Andreas to do the work. Andreas was totally professional and did a great job. My wife and I cannot praise this company for such an effective and efficient service. We have no hesitation in using this company again and/or recommending them to future clients.

There were two areas of flat roofing on my property that needed replacement. Tom Urbanski's team have completed the work to my total satisfaction. Tom quoted for the work quickly and accurately, and then carried out the work to a very high standard. He kept me fully informed of progress throughout. Based on the reliability and high standard of workmanship, I have already asked him to carry out further work for me.

Tom replaced an old bathroom. Tom loves his job and it shows in many ways. For example, Tom came up with innovative ideas which have transformed my bathroom into a lighter, more spacious and attractive space. At the same time, Tom always puts the customer first. In fact, working with Tom is more like working in a partnership than working in a customer/supplier relationship in that there was a proper dialogue throughout the process. Turning to Tom's team, they took great pride in their work and the workmanship from them was excellent; indeed, a neighbour commented on the care one of them took over cutting the tiles. The team were also very hardworking, pleasant and polite. In short, I have struck gold with Tom and as a result of his work on the bathroom I have asked him to do a complete refurbishment of the house. Tom's ideas, drive and professionalism on this next project so far have been even more impressive. He is superb.

This is the second time I have used Tom and he did not disappoint. Efficient, careful and attentive to detail. You will not find a more attentive builder who communicates well and cares about the quality of his work.

We had to dismiss our initial builders. Fortunately, Tom & Co came to the rescue. He patiently assessed the situation and put together quotes complete with photographs of what he said was needed. Our side extension roof had to be completely rebuilt, and was planned to perfection, stripped back and rebuilt; sloping and draining perfectly. Walls, floors & ceilings fixed. The plumbing had to be completely replaced, Tom’s plumber did a great job, and kept to his schedule and quote throughout. The electrics had to be finished off, we needed to avoid the expense of another total rewiring, so Tom’s electrician patiently worked out the first fix he inherited and completed the second. What distinguishes H-Plus Global is Tom has high standards, doesn’t cut corners, and is proud of his and his teams’ work. He’s genuinely concerned to ensure his customers are happy with their homes. At times he couldn’t wait to show us what they’d done! Although Tom is the business owner, he goes to site every day to check on his team and their work, and is always on hand for any queries - night or day. He strives for perfection and it shows. The quality and finish of his work is excellent. He is also an incredibly kind and nice man. The problems H-Plus Global inherited were relentless. For us it was heart breaking, but Tom and his team sympathetically worked through the issues and sorted it out, we will be eternally grateful for their exceptional work, kindness & determination to get the job done.

Tom and his team accommodated the work we requested within the bigger projects they were delivering on. They were punctual, hardworking and his experienced workers worked to the highest standards. There was on-going communication on progress and work schedules and the works completed expeditiously. Tom was ever ready to answer all our questions, technical or not and even our random questions and went over and above to ensure that they delivered to every aspect and detail and also assisted on some impromptu drilling work that we required last minute. I have no hesitation to recommend them for all projects; big or small. Their brilliant customer service is definitely not standard in this industry and is second to none. I am already compiling a list of other projects and work we need doing so I can book them in advance for next year!

Tom and his guys replaced our garage roof and built a stunning roof terrace with decking and glass balustrade on top. They were all brilliant from start to finish. They were punctual, polite, tidy, diligent, communicative and precise. Tom kept us updated about what was happening at every stage of the way (unlike a lot of builder outfits). They went out of their way to get the job done and done right and to budget. They all took pride in their work! We could not recommend them enough.

Flat roof work, including lead flashing. Tom and the team were excellent. The work was itemised and Tom stuck to the quote. My wife was at home when the work was being done and she said how friendly and polite the team were. Tom also provides a very helpful 'photo log' of the work undertaken so you can see the different stages. Tom was also very helpful in replying to some queries I had after the work was done. We have now asked Tom to quote for a larger job to install Juliet balcony in our loft conversion.

I found Tom and his team to be reliable, amenable and trustworthy. The standard of the work done, fitting my kitchen units and new flooring, was excellent. It was done in good time. I especially found Tom very available if I had a concern or a question and very accommodating. I will happily use this team again in the future.

We had to redecorate the entire flat after being affected by the leak from above. We decided to choose H Plus as they were extremely helpful and responsive and provided us with very professional and itemised quote. They have started the works on the date we agreed in the morning and finished everything detailed in the agreed Scope of Works on time and within the budget. It was a very smooth experience for us, during which everything was taken care of by Tom and his team. They are all honest, hardworking individuals, trying their best to execute the project to the highest possible standard. What stood out for me though was the communication with Tom, who was always there for us, pretty much regardless of the time of the day. Whenever we needed any advice or clarification we always knew the answer is a few seconds away. Really impressive. H Plus were a bit more expensive than the other quotes we got from other builders, but the customer service we received not only before the project, but most importantly throughout, is definitely well worth it. They were fully committed to executing our project the way we envisioned, which made them excellent partner all the way. Phenomenal work ethics and very professional approach. Highly recommended and will use in the future for sure!

Tom and his colleagues at H+Plus assisted my Structural Engineer to survey a potential property purchase in May 2021. Existing plasterwork, floorboards & carpeting was removed to allow inspection of structural beams and hidden chimney breast suspension. All replaced and re-plastered to make good at the end. His professional manner and prompt response from the initial enquiry gave me a favourable impression, and I was not disappointed when his team arrived at site to carry out the work. They arrived promptly with Tom in attendance to ensure the scope of work was understood correctly before it commenced. All work was carried out in a safe, knowledgeable & professional manner, with care given to ensure all property contents were protected, plus a thorough clean up at the end. The team were friendly and courteous throughout. I would definitely consider Tom and his team for any future work I may require and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Working through many vagaries of the weather, under Tom’s constant and welcomed attention his team team did a great job building a pitched roof and reconditioning old weak walls of a garage. The interior and floor was also stripped out and refurbished and at all times his team paid attention to keeping the site tidy. Tom is the most attentive builder I have ever encountered and I am very happy to recommend him.

We first made contact with Tom in September 2019 to get a quote for our downstairs renovation - new kitchen fit, total re-plumb and re-wire, mending the under floor joists and new floor throughout the ground floor and master bedroom renovation. Delighted with the work and top-notch customer service we received from Tom and his team, we decided to expand the work to fit new bathrooms throughout. Tom and his team were fantastic to work with. He is enthusiastic, truly cares that the customer is receiving the best service and is quick to resolve any problems. He consistently and thoroughly managed our expectations throughout the project (on cost, any unforeseen problems, timeframes etc.). I would highly recommend!

The team led by Tom did a great job building a wall and decorating my utility room. They also helped on a few extras including an emergency plumbing job. I can recommend them with confidence.
