Having tried unsuccessfully to receive interest in renovating a residential swimming pool to deepen the pool, check and remediate the structure, add walk in steps, and then replace the pool underlay and liner, we was put in contact with Mark at H2O. mark conducted a site visit, was engaged in explaining in good detail the required works and set out a very fair price for the works. Mark also managed our expectations with regards to the timeline to secure materials. Once the works started the team onsite were super and also each day they tidied the area to a very high standard. We were kept informed of progress and even during the wait period waiting for materials the team stopped by to check everything was ok. Once the pool was deepened and steps plus liner added the team carefully filled the pool, taking team to ensure that the liner did not lift or move with the volume of water. once complete H2O team made sure we were happy with the works. overall our experience was very good and we would definitely use H2O again and would highly recommend their services.

Bought a replacement cover to replace worn out unit. Whilst the installation was great - it was the after sales that impressed. They took an out of hours call and immediately arranged a follow up call to sort jammed cover. Sorted next day - on a Monday! These things happen - but it was super appreciated how quickly it was sorted. Many thanks.

An excellent all round experience, they spent time to try to work out the issue so when they arrived they could fix my problem quickly without any fuss. Would highly recommend.

Mark and his team have looked after my pool for over 13 years. Really good service whether simply cleaning the pool or changing the liner/filter system.
