From the minute we met Chris, the surveyor, we were confident that this removal company was a professional business. Communication was good throughout and the removal team, Mark and Bob were friendly and helpful. We felt we were being looked after. I would strongly recommend Hadley & Ottaway Ltd as a great and rare dedicated operator.

We cannot recommend Hadley & Ottaway enough. We recently moved house and relocated, with half our possessions being moved and half going into storage (also provided by the company). Mark and Sean arrived exactly on time (both days as it was a two day job) and worked tirelessly, efficiently & carefully, and were friendly and professional throughout. During what was a very stressful time they helped to put our minds at rest, and made the move far more enjoyable than expected. We will certainly be using Hadley & Ottoway for future moves, and would recommend them to anyone considering the same. Perfect, cannot fault them at all.

Hadley and Ottaway provided a very reasonable quote, and kept it when our house sale was delayed which they did not need to do. They were patient and flexible when we had trouble getting completion dates. All our furniture arrived intact. They also arranged to collect the boxes and packing paper to reuse which has positive environmental effects. The staff were cheery and friendly and made a stressful day non stressful

The team did not excellent job moving us within our village in south Cambridgeshire. Everything was handled with care and efficiency making the move worry-free. The moving team were professional, friendly and always helpful, providing excellent customer service whilst doing so with good humour. Highly recommended!

From booking the initial appointment through to the final sign off, Hadley & Ottaway ltd were professional, supportive, friendly and respectful. This was our first time moving home so the teams' guidance on all the options and how it would work were really helpful in setting our minds at ease. When the team did the initial run through on the day, they provided guidance on how they would pack up the house so we could plan the final clean and then at the new house, did another walk through to understand where everything would go. The team provided guidance on location of items within our home for safekeeping and did not rush us to make decisions where they were not needed. All the way through the team kept spirits high, were friendly and approachable about different things and transferred all our items successfully without any damage either end. We were really grateful to Hadley & Ottaway ltd for their service and would highly recommend them.

Hadley and Ottaway were absolutely brilliant on our move from Norfolk to Bedfordshire. They turned up early on moving day, had our house packed and ready to go in 3 hours. They were very respectful of our old house, leaving everything clean and tidy, and equally respectful of our new home. They worked tirelessly to get us in and settled as quickly as possible - nothing was too much trouble for them. From coming to quote, talking to the admin staff, to the actual move day, everyone was so professional and it made moving day the least stressful day of the whole process!
