This is the second time I have used this company. The first time for my front windows and the latest for my back door. On both occasions, the service was first class, from the initial telephone contact, through to the visit for an estimate and then the surveyor and finally the actual fitting of the windows and door. The whole process was very comfortable and there was no pressure at all. The workmen worked exceptionally well. They were very friendly and worked quickly and professionally, cleaning up as they went along and I was absolutely delighted with the final result. I needed a back door with a lower profile because I am a wheelchair user and now I can get into my garden with ease in my wheelchair which has made a huge impact on my life. The cost was very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

This is the second time I have used Hainault Home Improvements. SERVICE On both occasions, the service was great. Good, timely information, and helpful and polite staff. COST They are not the cheapest if you just do direct price comparison. BUT, what that doesn't show is that with HHI the quality is there. That makes their doors good value. Even better, the installation is done carefully and so saves time and energy having to redecorate. So taking the door up to 'great value'. HAPPY? I would absolutely make them my first choice for any other doors.

Having used this company previously I asked them to quote me for replacing windows, frames and porch doors. Their quotation for Rehau A rated units was competitive on price and delivery. As agreed work started 6 1/2 weeks following the survey. The windows had actually arrived more than a week earlier. The fitters arrived bang on time on both mornings. I was very impressed by their professionalism and consideration throughout. In two days the job was done, everything made good and the house left clean. the quality of the windows and porch is excellent and I am pleased I went to Hainault Home Improvements.

Upfront sales process conducted in-store was first class and the price very reasonable. Once we had agreed our specifications, the ordering/manufacturing of the door was completed within 2 weeks! Installation was thereafter completed in little over a half day on agreed date by highly competent, friendly and professional tradesman. We are very happy with the look of the door. Query regarding minor legacy pointing issue that was not caused by installation was handled by the aftersales team and peace of mind given that integrity of installation was unaffected. We love the door!

I love my new Windows! I have used this company before and have been pleased with the quality, so returned for more. The fitters were friendly, fast and did a great job, leaving everything clean and tidy.

We’ve just had a solidor fitted and from start to finish Hainault Home Improvements have offered five star service. They have an impressive showroom which helps a lot when choosing your finish and design, they’re really competitive on price and super quick at getting everything booked in and fitted. This is a great local company with bags of experience and are able to offer a personalised service that you just wouldn’t get with the larger competitors. we can’t recommend them highly enough

The whole process of ordering a new door through to installation has been fantastic, on the day of the install the old door was removed safely and the new door looks great. The installer was very good and even went to fetch additional trim to make sure it match the door colour. The price for door and installation was very reasonable and l would definitely recommend this supplier.

fitters turned up on time, and were polite and friendly and did a marvelous job. Completely transformed the house inside and out with new beautiful windows and french doors.

We ordered a door and were somewhat hesitant due to the price being considerably lower than others. There were a few minor delays with the door delivery but we were kept informed and booked in as soon as the door arrived. The installation was great, the installer was clean, did an amazing job and provided everything we needed to know. Highly recommend based on our experience!

I have recently had windows a porch and patio doors installed by Hainault Home Improvements. The main reason for opting to use this company was the quality of the REHAU windows and the very competitive price. Issues encountered as follows: - I visited the showroom and received no assistance from anybody. However I was impressed by the windows on display. - Despite this poor experience in the showroom I still decided to get a quote. The quote was significantly lower than other larger competitors and so I entered into contract on 2nd July 2021. - The estimated installation date had been within six weeks. In reality this ended up being approx. 10 weeks. - The porch and all windows were installed within 1 week. Three panes were broken and others had scratches or other markings. Replacement glass was ordered immediately and fitted between 1 - 3 weeks later. - The works to install the porch were the best part of the job. The fitter, Ben, was polite and customer focussed, and the end product was very good. The only hitch had related to the roof tiles. Resolved satisfactorily. - The patio doors which had also been due to be installed had apparently arrived at HHI in the wrong colour. I have no idea how such a mistake could have happened. It meant that I had to wait a further 4 weeks for the frames to be reproduced. - The patio doors were finally installed only for me to discover that there were markings on the glass. Replacement glass was ordered.

Hainault Home Improvements have been a professional outfit from start to finish. The work they undertook was of a high standard and always very tidy. The workers were polite and considerate at all times

After 1 year of the composite entrance door installation it went bowing.Contacted them in March 2021 to rectify the issue, an engineer came 3 times through the summer to take a photo to make a report, the guys from office keep telling me they are still trying to solve the issue but no result in September 2021. Careless cowboy firm that I regret I went for my door installation. Will make an official complaint through Dispute Resolution Ombudsman. Avoid'Hainault Home Improvements' at all cost.

Had a fire door fitted on my flat fantastic service from start to finish. The fitter was really nice and polite and such clean workmanship would not have known he was in the flat. Did not need to touch up the paint on the walls where to door had been fitted the job was that good.

I bought my windows from this company 20 years ago and they are still near perfect.. thought I would see if this company still existed because I am moving home and may need them. Just really solid stuff.

This is the worst company I have use throughout my home build renovation. We were told our door that we ordered would take up to 6 weeks for delivery. After 6 weeks I was told that it would be installed the following week which turned out to be a mistake as it still wasn’t ready! Then we were told it could take up to 12 weeks! Then out of the blue, Hainault home improvements cancelled my order with no explanation.

HHI built our extension, changed the interior layout of the house downstairs which included moving doorways, walls, installing necessary pipe and waste work for a WC, utility room and new kitchen, removed a chimney breast and fitted a new door front door and bifolds. Our budget was agreed at the beginning and they never tried to extend this, in fact we were given a variety of different options and they gave us a good deal when we wanted additional services such as plastering. HHI offer excellent customer service and are always easy to contact. It's a family run business and they pride themselves on offering high quality work. If we ever had anything we wanted to talk about, they got in touch straight away. They also understood our work commitments (and our dog) and consciously tried to make the process as easy as possible for us. Even at the point when walls were being knocked down, they would tidy up as much as possible and throughout the work we would get regular calls just to check we were happy with everything that was being done. Lastly, they have a fantastic network of contacts and can recommend people such as kitchen fitters, landscapers, etc who have also been brilliant. If you want reliable, friendly and top standard work, we recommend HHI.

We have experienced hot summers and cold winters in our conservatory. We were introduced to Ultra Frame by a relative and as a result made a request for information on the internet. This company were the first to contact us. We had other contacts but they were weeks later. We arranged a visit with Rob and from the outset he explained what was involved and gave us good advice based on the current construction. There was no pressure and in a week or so we received a design which matched our requirements. We agreed terms and subsequently a start date was agreed. The parts were stacked cleanly in the garden. The work commenced and was completed quickly and efficiently. Everything was tidy. The workmen were polite and and a joy to have about. We found nothing to complain about.

Hainault recently completed a beautiful new porch and installed 3 new internal doors for us and I can’t begin to thank them enough! From start to finish they were so efficient. They had great ideas and it was really easy to work with the guys in the office to agree the design. Each tradesmen from the bricklayer to the carpenter to the electrician were really professional and friendly. The quality of the work and the final finish was so high. It’s totally transformed the look of our house, we have even had people stop and comment on how nice it looks. From start Rob came round measured all windows, doors and the area for the conservatories. Then once he had the plan drawn up we approved it. Then a date for the work was set. Each stage was completed as close as they agreed, due to the weather. Plus an agreed payment was made at each completed stage. The work was carried out to a very high spec, and the workmen were polite and professional. They cleaned all the mess away as they was working and when the job was finished. I had one issue, they came back the next day to put right. The work Hainault Home improvements has done has transformed my house.

Upon recommendation from an ex work colleague Hainault Home Improvements quoted supplied and fitted my new composite front door. Was very impressed with the quick and professional service and price. Their recommendation to change the direction of the opening of the door outward instead of inwards was inspired, proving ease and more space in my narrow entrance. Coupled with the excellent finish to the change the hinges and making good works after were superb. So in 2017 I had no hesitation in contacting them to quote and build my amazing orangery. Every step of the way they excelled. Stuck to my quote, finished before my deadline, clean professional, even brought their own portaloo. Excellent customer service, which is important to me as I am in customer service for a 5* developer. I have no hesitation in recommending HHI, a family run company who really cares.. every tradesman whom worked in my home installing my front door and building my amazing orangery .. brickie, electrician, plumber etc were knowledgeable courteous and professional . Can’t recommend highly enough and will definitely use them again.. 5*+
