Hi, my name is Kain Adey, your local independent locksmith for Halesowen and surrounding areas. You will always find that I am friendly, approachable and trustworthy. The security of your home and your family is at the heart of my service, and I pride myself on helping my customers feel safe and secure. I can usually be with you within 30 minutes in an emergency, and offer appointments for non-urgent work. I'm based in Halesowen, but I cover all surrounding areas within a 10-mile radius.

I had a problem when my key stuck in the inside lock of the front door last night. Although the door locked, I couldn’t remove the key. I phoned Halesowen Locksmiths this morning and explained to Kain what had happened. He came round an hour or so later and quickly removed the key. The locking mechanism had failed. Kain quoted me an inclusive price to replace the mechanism. He also recommended that we get new anti snap locks at the same time but that this was entirely optional. We decided to get the new locks and the job was completed quickly and the bill was as quoted .

The initial communication was very good throughout, initially on the phone in the evening and was friendly and informative, as were WhatsApp messages the next morning to let me about what time he was going to be with me. He was punctual and personable and the cost was agreed after he fully explained the benefits of the suggested updated new entrance and exit locks which would improve the security of the house. The lock replacements were completed quickly and to my full satisfaction; payment was done easily there and then. I can fully recommend the friendly and efficient service provided by Halesowen Locksmiths.

Kane assessed a tricky repair job on an old patio window where previous locksmiths had advised very expensive and extensive work. After consulting with others in the sector he was able to come up with a solution and completed the work in a friendly, professional manner at significantly less cost than we had been quoted elsewhere. Having used Kane previously to update all our external locks to anti-snap locks, he was of course, our first choice when our internal door lock broke. Kane came within 24 hours and replaced the lock. Due to the nature and age of the previous lock, this proved to be a much more complicated job than anticipated. However, with Kane's knowledge, expertise and professionalism, the job was completed satisfactorily.
