Fantastic service from start to finish. I felt such high quality was beyond our reach and didn't hold out much hope until I was presented with the quote. I am absolutely delighted with the result and feel it has added great value to our home. The quality of the product and the work is excellent.

We had our main bedroom kitted out with built in wardrobes. The sales person was humble, kind and really listened to our wants, which really clinched the deal for Hammonds. We were promised the best fitter and that is truly what we got. I am a fussy person for detail, but when the work was completed I could find no faults with the completed job. The detailing in carpentry was near on perfection. The material used for the fitted wardrobes is sturdy and so far has stood the test of time. Dare to say my wife and I were, and still are delighted with the sales, design and build.

Fitted bedroom and study furniture, including wardrobes, desks, desk draws etc. All of this work was carried to a high standard and on the agreed timescales. I would have no hesitation in having more furniture from Hammonds.

We had a total of 18 robes with 10 drawers and 8 double shoe drawers. I was genuinely surprised by the precision of the equipment and, particularly, with the service. Everything they said would happen, DID happen and, on the day and time they said. There was a mistake made with some back sheets. A phone call by the installer resolved the error. However, this meant him traveling to the depot to collect the backs, and meant that there was more work and now, less time for him to complete the job. To my surprise, he arranged for another installer to help on the last scheduled day and therefore, completed the job on time. I am a natural cynic of large companies, usually with good reason, but I have to say that everything about Hammonds was great and their installer was spot on. We are very pleased with the installation.

I had fitted wardrobes installed in four rooms. Hammonds helped me to plan a better layout to maximise the use of the existing spaces. The sales team member was, I felt, a bit dismissive of my queries after the purchase (having told me one thing, to then be utterly contradicted by the office staff) but the surveyor, who measured up, and the teams of fitters who installed the wardrobes were all excellent and worked with me to understand their requirements on the day so that everything could run smoothly. All items required for the build were delivered on time and at the end of all the jobs, all the waste materials were collected as part of the service.

This was the second time we have used Hammonds and have been very pleased with the fitted wardrobes that we had fitted on both occasions. The price was reasonable and the quality of the work carried out by the fitter was excellent. The bedroom was left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them.

Our bedroom was stuck in the 1970s even when we moved in 31 years ago. We had not done anything to either unfortunately but the time had come to get it sorted out. We had the room completely gutted and refurbished ready for Hammonds to come in and fit our beautiful wardrobes. Dealing with Hammonds was so easy right from the very start . Their representative arrived to carry out the design visit and quote on time and were very friendly and courteous. We were asked what we were looking for and the design they came up with was perfect. I asked about having a corner wardrobe and they advised that it would take up too much room. The design visit did take 2 and half hours but everything was very carefully considered. We went through all the finishes, handles, and colours. We did not feel at all pressured to accepting their quote. We were very happy with the design and quote and decided straight away to go with Hammonds. The next dtrp was a survryor to come and confirm final measurements. The surveyor arrived on time and advised a couple if tweaks to the design. Our fitter had been allowed 3 and half days to complete the work but finished a day early. He kept us informed of every step and kept in contact with us via text when he would be arriving, etc. The work was completed to a very high standard and the quality of the wardrobes, chest of drawers and dressing is just fabulous. I would definitely recommend Hammonds to anyone after our vrey positive experience with them. We are so pleased with what they did we are having the back bedroom done in 2 weeks.
