We had a large fitted wardrobe fitted with 6 doors. We had a excellent service from start to finish. The original guy who came to measure up and give us a quote knew what he was talking about. He was confident compared to the two other company reps we had in our home. He returned to help us choose our colour and knobs and couldn't have been more helpful. Although we had to rearrange our fitting date a couple of times, the fitter was excellent. A tidy, professional worker with good attention to detail. Communication throughout was excellent. The Hammonds portal was easy to use. We highly recommend Hammonds and love our wardrobes. Hammonds really stood out against their competitors offering a good range, regular contact and updates and quality product.

FittEn an Office cum hanging space in spare bedroom. Our experience was a positive one. Any issues were cleared with adequate explanations. The fitter came on the day at the appointed time, any problems encountered were dealt with at the time. Have to say only one issue was raised by the fitter & he also consulted his supervisor. At the end of the day all was left clean and tidy. On the final day he went through explaining how the fittings worked and were we satisfied. Which we are.

I asked Hammonds to survey a bedroom and to provide suggestions for bedroom furniture. They sent a surveyor on the date agreed and he was not pushy at all and asked me what I was looking for. I explained that I did have a lot of space in other bedrooms so I needed a limited amount of space to allow its use mainly as a guest room. He designed a lovely furniture arrangement taking up corner space with a mirror front and quite generous clothing room inside. In addition he suggested an 4 drawer chest of drawers alongside the corner unit and two smaller bedside cabinets. I am sure that, for a company like Hammonds, it was a relatively modest design and cost but it was exactly what I needed. The arrangements for the fitting and the payments went smoothly and I was, and remain, extremely happy with the results. I will certainly call Hammonds again when I decide which room is next for improvement.

Hammonds representative was very through and presented us with a detailed plan of work to be carried out with a quotation. He did put a little pressure to make a decision there and then. But we took sometime to finalise the plan. There was a wait for the work to be carried out, about 6, 8 weeks but we didn't mind. The work is done to a good professional standard and we are very pleased with the results. Two carpenters carried out the work to a good Hammonds standard. They were both very pleasant and helpful. We are happy and would recommend Hammonds to improve the homes.

The individuals I met as part of the process of deciding, planning, designing and implementing the cupboards were polite, helpful and efficient. However, the office function was extremely poor. My messages were not answered, so much so - that I wondered if the company was going into liquidation at one stage. This needs addressing urgently. The process is dependent on customers having a computer and wifi so those without that would not be able to have the service of company. Those of us who are older, but do have the computers etc, need help with using the software. This is not available. The carpenter was excellent and worked very closely with me. The end product is very good.

I purchased a bespoke craft and wardrobe installation from Hammonds. It was designed and installed expertly and I was delighted with the result.
