Very pleased with the work done and can highly recommend Handy's Property Services. I undertook a fairly large project removing a wall between kitchen and living room new flooring throughout the whole flat new kitchen plastering and painting. The work finished on time and on budget and felt like I was both kept informed and asked for input at the right time when the detailed decisions needed to be made. Great communication high quality and trustworthy builders I will go straight to Handy's next time I need work done.

I have used the services of Handy's Property Services on a number of occasions and have always been impressed by the level of professionalism and attention to details that the team have put into the work undertaken for me. In advance of the work being performed a site visit is undertaken and details notes of the discussion is made. All work is thoughtfully described in a statement of work which is sent in advance for confirmation before any work commences. The work has been performed on schedule and is always subject to snagging before completion. Any subsequent matters are dealt with swiftly and professionally.

The front and rear exterior of my terraced property was painted and this also included minor preparation work making good deteriorated areas (window sills etc.). Substantial work was also carried out in my bathroom involving a new ceiling skimming and painting as well as the instillation of 4 downlights and a substantial ceiling shower curtain rail. My experience with Russell and his team at Handy?s Property Services was brilliant from start to finish. They were prompt reliable very professional friendly tidy thorough flexible and extremely informative about what they were doing.

Handy's installed a new kitchen for us which involved levelling and replacing the floor installing new units plumbing in appliances and some electrics and decorating work. In addition we used Handy's to construct some inbuilt cupboards and to repair sand and wax wooden floors. For all the jobs a range of skilled professionals have been bought in to complete the work. Everyone we encountered has been polite professional and has completed the work on time to high standard. Andy is very clear about what can and can't be done and finds a good balance between making sensible decisions to problem solve issues and seeking input and approval on details.

We have used Handy's twice for plastering and prepping our walls for painting. Both times they were professional and hard working. We found that they always turned up on time and they left things tidy at the end of the day. We were so happy with the work they completed in our living room and bedroom that we asked them to come back to complete the work needed in the hallways. I have no hesitation in recommending Handy's to friends and family and we will likely be asking them back for future work.

We had our living room master bedroom and second bedroom redecorated by Handy?s. Redecoration included making good of surfaces painting removing existing shelves and providing replacements building of a desk removal of a cupboard sanding and varnishing of wooden floor with pine slivers inserted. Overall very happy with the work and finish
