Happy Building prepared planning permission documents for us, and submitted the applications. We worked with Geo, who we found friendly, professional and engaging. All work was carried out to the anticipated timings & to the agreed quote. He was helpful and had plenty of ideas to make the project work for our needs. It was a positive experience.

We were very pleased with our experience working with Happy Building, especially Geo. He designed us a range of fantastic designs, including costing them up transparently and fairly. He was patient with our differing decisions, gave really sound advice and communicated with us promptly and clearly. Although we didn't continue with the whole build (we decided not to go ahead with the extension), we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

We chose Happy Building because they provide both the design and build process and we had seen their local projects and were impressed. Happy Building has a straightforward process, we knew exactly what was happening and when. We knew what the cost would be and there were no surprises. They were proactive in their approach to any challenges that came up - they always came with a solution. Their team were accessible, engaged and helpful at all stages. The build has transformed our house and changed the way we live in it - its better than we thought it would be!

A really excellent design which met our objectives, and has very much enhanced our home. Construction took longer than planned but the team made a determined effort to complete the work in time for Christmas and were helpful, attentive and pleasant to deal with throughout. The work was completed to a high standard inside and out with great attention to detail and the site thoroughly cleaned and tidied on completion

We had both exterior and interior works carried out. The exterior work was mainly rendering and new gutters and pipes. The interior work was extensive and included a new bathroom designed and built from scratch, a new built in wardrobe for our daughter's bedroom, decorating on three floors and new flooring on the ground floor. The work is of a very high quality and we are extremely pleased. As with any building project there were occasional delays and glitches. However, Valter is very solution focused and even when there was a problem he came up with a solution which was ideal for the particular circumstances.

Happy Builder provided very good quality service from design to project planning, council permission application to party wall agreement. Valter and the senior management are very helpful, beside the regular meeting with the on-site project manager, there is a one-one meeting with the senior management regarding how the project goes. We feel confident that our extension project is in expert hands. They actually live up to its "Happy" building name :)
