All electrical works on a new kitchen install, including the creation of new sockets, relocation of others to inside cupboards to accommodate a fitted double oven, hob, and dishwasher. Creation of an extra light source, fitting of the lights, and supply and fitting of under cabinet lighting. Great advice given on a new electric radiator for the kitchen, as it had no heat source, and then fitted. New fuse box fitted in line with current requirements. Very happy with the work and can't fault a single thing. Very professional service, competitively priced, knowledgeable when I asked questions, and the work carried out was to a very high standard. And cleaned up afterwards which was a bonus.

I had extensive work completed to install new boiler and radiators, new pipelines etc through a Scottish energy saving scheme. I experienced lots of problems afterwards including water leaks and regular daily electrical tripping. It went on for about 4 or more months, no one could find the cause or take ownership of it e.g. the scheme, installer, manufacturer etc. I paid for a UK wide electrician company to diagnose and fix and then had 5 sockets in the living room not working too and a bill of about £600. I was at breaking point and close to a nervous breakdown and it was affecting my work from home. I got in touch with Hardie Ltd and it was the best thing I ever did. He sorted the sockets that had been isolated. He took down an outdoor light and considered all possibilities of diagnosis of tripping. He listened to me. He came up with several plans. He refused to accept defeat. He then isolated the boiler on a separate switch. The previous installer had lights and boiler together on a switch and didn't have a separate switch. He had also given me an immediate appointment at Xmas time to see me. He had resolved the problem by fitting the RCBO switch. He stayed until all work was done. He then asked me to give daily updates throughout his personal holiday and offered to come back just after Xmas day if it wasn't resolved to try something else. He also went to the shop to get materials there and then. I could not recommend this company highly enough. Absolutely brilliant. He went above and beyond and most importantly, he listened to me. The diagnosis skills were fantastic. Very polite, very tidy, very skilled. I had phoned everyone I could think of to get advice including heating engineers, I had researched by looking through manuals and datasheets. I had exhausted every avenue and had nowhere else to go. Hardie Ltd was my saviour. I have never come across such a dedicated, hard worker who quite obviously loves the job, is passionate, likes to resolve issues and ensure the customer is happy. Andy knew the hard time I had had and he wasn't prepared to get a negative result.

I needed light bulbs under my kitchen cupboards replaced with led lighting and I needed an outside security light installed in a cabin in my garden. The work was done in good time and was completed to a very high standard. Hardie Electrical will be my go-to electricians from now on.

Hi , I had an electrical safety certificate and pat testing done. I received a total first class service. Hardy electrical were very flexible with my appointment and timing. Turned up on time and did the work very quickly. I couldn't have got a better service , this was the first I've had this type of work done and the electrician answered all my queries and put my mind at rest with what he was doing right at the start of the job. I`ll be using hardy electrical for all my electrical requirements in the future.
