Harry updated our gravity system boiler with a new combi boiler as well as installing new radiators and replacing inefficient old radiators. He sent a detailed quote specifying all the work we had discussed (without omissions) and delivered on time and on budget. He was helpful throughout, helping us selecting the right size radiators and answered all our questions during that process. During the works, he was very contentious and mindful but had also great attention to detail. He called to let us know what time he'll arrive, was on time and cleaned at the end of each day. When we asked if he could move the location of the filter in the course of the overall installation, he moved it without any issue or questions (and suggested where else he could fit it). When issues were picked up, he arrived with solutions for us to decide on. And as agreed originally, he removed all the gravity system and arranged for it to be discarded - which was very helpful (nothing was left in the loft). When the work was completed, he showed us how to use the new thermostat and promptly issued all the paperwork (guarantee, etc...). We cannot fault his work. Harry was helpful, tidy, discreet and contentious and made the work fairly 'stress-less

Replied quickly to set an appointment. Detailed checking of the boiler, including carbon monoxide level OK, temperature targets OK, sludge in radiators OK, etc. Photos of results & report dispatched to me by email. Also fixed a stuck tap, that a previous plumber did not succeed in doing so. Gave useful advice to keep the boiler permanently on at the wall socket (which I wasn't doing), otherwise an electric circuit may blow in due course. Excellent

I have called on Harry for different jobs, several times. I was impressed both by his quick response and problem-solving skills. He always arrives on time, is quick to diagnose an issue and sort it out, even when he had to deal with a very old immersion heater. On top of that he is polite and always tidies up. Highly recommend Harry and wouldn't use a different plumber.

Gas leak from pipework leading to gas meter in outside meter cupboard. Harry identified the leak by assessing and inspecting the pipework to the meter. Harry completed all the work necessary to replace the faulty pipework and prevent any further gas escaping to the very highest professional standard. Harry also carried out my annual boiler service which he completes every year. Harry has also on other occasions, replaced my bathroom toilet, replaced faulty taps, repaired a faulty shower and identified the source of escaping water from a neighbouring property. I cannot recommend Harry highly enough, he is the ultimate professional, Harry cannot do enough for his customers everyone needs Harry in their lives!

My very old boiler was moved from a central position in the house to a different room on an outside wall. Harry was a very conscientious, clean and tidy worker. Very reliable and helpful with any queries I have had. He has done an excellent job.

Harry plumbed in the upstairs radiators, plumbed in two bathrooms and an en suite and will be plumbing in another cloakroom downstairs. I would particularly recommend him as he is a great problem solver, where the builders fell short he found solutions. Great ideas. His attention to detail is superb and the pipework is like art.
