Arrived earlier than promised and completed work to a very high standard despite some poor weather during the work. All fascia’s were replaced, soffits fitted and new downpipes and guttering installed. They started early every day (7am) and never stopped during the job. They explained about the nature of the materials they would use and the guarantee they would offer. Their price wasn’t the cheapest but as Which Trusted Traders we knew their standards were high and they would not cut corners.

We have had new guttering all around and pointing work to the side of the house. The workers, especially Dan, did a great job. Never stopped working. Very professional, polite, and respectful of your property. Thoroughly cleaned on the completion of the job. Would gladly recommend this company.

Paul, Phil and the team have organised the pointing of the back of my house and the fascias at both the front and back. They have also fitted a new porch door. Each tradesman was punctual and polite. Phil turned up. regularly to check everything was running smoothly and his communication was good. He was patient if I didn't understand any terminology. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Hartshill PVCu have replaced our fascias, soffits and guttering over the past 3 days. The 2 tradesmen were extremely polite and professional. The work done is to an outstanding quality. They came across a few problems and dealt with them properly with no worry about taking longer to complete the work than first expected and without extra cost. They left no rubbish behind, tidying up each day. Great communication from Kevin from the outset to arrange when the work would start. Hartshill PVCU Ltd have just completed the work of renewing the fascias,soffits and guttering to a very high standard, we are 100% satisfied . The tradesmen were very efficient, reliable and friendly .They left no mess, everything was left clean and tidy on completion. We were very pleased from start to finish.

We were first visited by Kevin in February to give us a quote on soffit and fascias replacement. We looked through the photo albums of past work and were impressed. We settled on our choices and were given the quote there and then. At no point was there any pressure selling and were left to think it over. We gave Kevin the go ahead and pencilled the work in diaries for April but unfortunately the current pandemic caused a delay. Moving on a few months and now the work is complete. Paul and Dan were absolutely fantastic, they worked through wind and rain and truly did a fabulous job. It has transformed the outside of our home. Their work ethic was exemplary and at the end of each day the area was swept and left tidy. Their attitude regarding social distancing was spot on and they were very careful to protect us and themselves. The attention to detail cannot be faulted. Would I recommend them to friends and family? Most definitely!

This company replaced our garage roof with a rubberized one and replaced dry verge units on the gable end of our house. Kevin Gowland was recommended to us by another company we have used before, which gave us confidence to have the work done by his company and we were not disappointed. Despite the work proving more difficult than initially expected, it was carried out to a very high standard, and with great care for detail. The two employees concerned work extremely hard, and kept everything in a tidy manner. Communication throughout the project was excellent, to ensure that everything happened when expected and with no nasty surprises.

From quote to carrying out work and finishing was around four weeks. Kevin was very professional in his approach. Paul and James did all our soffits, guttering and downspouts then came back and fitted some blown double glazed units. Their work workmanship is excellent, very professional and they are a brilliant team, totally trustworthy and good craftsmen. Should we need any further work will not hesitate to use them and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

Back in December 2017 Kevin and the team fitted plastic fascia boards and guttering at my new property, doing a fantastic job. Unfortunately in April a corner joint of my guttering was damaged by BT Openreach in the process of them resolving a phone line fault at the property. I called Hartshill PVCu and explained to Kevin what had happened and I was told to leave it with him. A few days later I noticed the corner joint was repaired, Hartshill PVCu had called round whilst I was at work and simply fixed the problem. I contacted Kevin to thank him and ask how much I owed them to be greeted with “it was only a small repair and we valued your original business, there is no cost”. Not many companies would do that! I have therefore reviewed my original ratings, now giving 5 out of 5 for value. Well done Hartshill PVCu, a great example of excellent customer service and I am now one even happier customer of yours.
