Hartshill PVCu Ltd fitted new facias and guttering on our house and rebuilt and replaced the garage roof - a complex job. The online process from initial inspections and estimates to the finished product was carried out in a friendly and efficient manner. Paul, who did most of the work, proved to be an expert craftsman who produced an excellent result. I have no hesitation in highly recommending the company.

Very clear quote, started job on timescale agreed. Weather was awful but fitter bravely carried on. No damage to my plants in garden area where work was carried out. And even no moans about my roses. Roofline & gutter replacement looks great. Very tidy work.

Paul was very good, he arrived early every day and stayed to do a full days work. He never once took anything for granted and kept me informed at all times. The fascia's and soffits and guttering proved to be a very big and difficult job, but he dealt with all the unforeseen very professionally. I would give this first class company five stars plus and would definitely recommend them.

Back in December 2017 Kevin and the team fitted plastic fascia boards and guttering at my new property, doing a fantastic job. Unfortunately in April a corner joint of my guttering was damaged by BT Openreach in the process of them resolving a phone line fault at the property. I called Hartshill PVCu and explained to Kevin what had happened and I was told to leave it with him. A few days later I noticed the corner joint was repaired, Hartshill PVCu had called round whilst I was at work and simply fixed the problem. I contacted Kevin to thank him and ask how much I owed them to be greeted with “it was only a small repair and we valued your original business, there is no cost”. Not many companies would do that! I have therefore reviewed my original ratings, now giving 5 out of 5 for value. Well done Hartshill PVCu, a great example of excellent customer service and I am now one even happier customer of yours.

I am so pleased I was recommended this company. A friendly and trouble free experience from the quotation survey visit through to completion of the work, Kevin and the team worked around my needs. I had plastic fascia boards and guttering fitted to my new property. There are cheaper companies out there but this is a truly professional job.
