Matt's team installed a new scheduling system for our heating and some new radiators. They worked really hard and efficiently, and left everything tidy. Matt recommended a Honeywell evohome system which is easy to set up and seems to be working as expected.

I would highly recommend Hartswood Heating. Matt and his team installed a completely new heating system in our four bedroom house including a Vaillant air source heat pump system. Matt and his staff were knowledgable, hard-working and professional throughout. Matt spent a considerable amount of time with us during the initial survey phase discussing how the the heat pump system would work, our options for the size and make of ASHP unit, the heat loss calculations for each room and radiator choices. Work began as scheduled. The team were only delayed due to the discovery of rotten timbers in our bathroom floor. Matt was able to put us in touch with a local builder so that remedial works could take place quickly, so there was barely a pause in the installation. After work was completed we were shown how to control the system in detail. All paperwork and guarantees arrived in my inbox straight after too. Throughout, Hartswood were responsive to our queries and put any minor snags right quickly. We had two other quotes from larger, national companies - one from our own energy supplier whose survey we paid for - but we were less than impressed with their surveys and high-pressure sales tactics.

Matt Lancley undertook an introductory boiler service at our new property. We used Matt as he had installed a boiler at our last property. We were very happy with the results and aftercare service. Additionally, he provided advice for our future plans for heating at the new house. Given our past positive experience of the work carried out, we fully intend to use Hartswood Heating for future work.

Matt from Hartswood Heating repaired our ground-sourced heating system and also made repairs to a bathroom toilet and shower. He made a visit to assess the work, confirmed the appointment date in writing and also let us know when he was 30 minutes from our house on the scheduled day. He and his colleague were polite, respectful, knowledgable and professional. They talked us through the required repairs and completed the work on budget and at a very good price clearing up as they went along and ensuring they did not leave anything other than satisfied customers. I can recommend Hartswood Heating without reservation. It was a relief to find a pluming company with expertise in both heating and general plumbing and their work was excellent.

Matt installed our air source heat pump 2 years ago. He was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The service he recently carried out was the same. He is extremely tidy. Highly recommended.

The old gas boiler here was not compliant with current regulations. Matt is very knowledgeable and went through all of the possible choices to upgrade the heating system. The work in this old house was challenging but the team were friendly and considerate, completed the work on time and cleaned up.
