My immersion heater failed on me, I contacted several Heating engineers at random but got an immediate and helpful response from Mick at Harvest Plumbing and gas. Mick and his colleague Dan came to my house later the same day, quoted and on a basic repair with the caution as my unit might be passed repair, Dan visited the following day but unfortunately couldn't fix so made a temp solution to at least provide hot water in the interim. I received a quick and competitive revised quote for a replacement unit, Mick kept me up to speed over the subsequent few days, though their temp fix helped and as soon as they received the new unit it was efficiently installed by Dan, who also could not have been more helpful of efficient. I would really recommend Harvest - refreshing to suddenly receive such excellent service from a company I had never used before especially during the currently difficult times!

From Start to Finish, We have nothing but praise and gratitude, How Mick and Dan totally took care of our needs with the upmost care. Firstly we explained our problems we entrusted Mick to choose the type of Kitchen taps we wanted and were guided to the best solution to meet our needs. The chosen replacement was much better than we expected. In addition we also had our old seized stopcock that needed to be replaced and gate valve was installed in our airing cupboard. I had old hot water cylinder removed and new one fitted with new heating pump, valves, cylinder stat, and pipe work. Mick and his team carried out the work professionally, were extremely tidy, i.e dust sheets all over the stairs and landing and plastic sheets in hallway. Also, they arrived when they said they would, and very courteous. The work was done to the agreed price. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

I first used Harvest Plumbing 10 years ago to undertake the refit of a new build bathroom to a walk-in shower room. I have also used Harvest for my annual gas boiler safety checks - all to 100% satisfaction. Recently, my shower mixer unit required a wear and tear replacement so I called on Mick at Harvest yet again. Dan, his co-worker, arrived on time and installed the new shower mixer unit promptly and efficiently. First class job at a very reasonable price - everything I have come to expect from Harvest Plumbing over the 10 years I have used them. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and advice for future. Explanation of what was being done and why. Completed on time and at reasonable price. Not a straightforward task but every effort was made, including return with assistant and extra equipment to clear the blockage.
