Mick responded to our initial contact very promptly, came to see what was needed and sent a quote on the same day which we were happy to accept. Dan carried out the replacement of our cylinder on the promised day and we are very happy with the service they gave. We would not hesitate to recommend Harvest and call on them again if need arose.

Found a leak on water heating tank. Emailed on the evening. Mick emailed me back later that night and sent someone to inspect next day who isolated leak and identified what was needed. Managed to collect and fix new part within next 24 hours. Super helpful, friendly and flexible

Mick and Dan replaced radiators, serviced the boiler, upgraded old 15mm pipework to 22mm, replaced a shower pump with a new whole house pump. This hugely improved the water pressure throughout the whole house. They also removed the bath to change the pipework and replace a seized up tap and shower set. A very difficult job done with no damage to the tiles. All the work was excellent. Care for the property was excellent. Very friendly and helpful with excellent communications throughout with all issues fully explained. Highly recommended.

The plumber had to replace a faulty shower pump. He read carefully the instructions from the supplier before proceeding to install the pump, He was efficient, pleasant and did a first rate job

I contacted Harvest Plumbing after reading their numerous positive reviews on this and other sites. Mick responded promptly and an appointment was set. On the day, Mick was unavoidably delayed but contacted me in good time and Dan arrived later that same day. Dan was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He recommended a service to our unvented cylinder - no other plumber had mentioned this - and we accepted. We had general plumbing questions which he happily answered clearly. Two days after the appointment I received an invoice via email, with a much appreciated discounted charge for the cylinder service. I paid the invoice immediately and promptly received a receipt with Mick's thanks. Based on this experience I will be using Harvest Plumbing in the future and will be recommending them to family and friends.

Mick Dawes and Harves Plumbing and Gas can always be relied upon to provide professional advice and hight quality plumbing and gas work. Over the past 12 months Harvest Plumbing have made good a sub standard boiler installation by another provider, power flushed the central heating system and fitted a magnetic filter. All work was completed to our complete satisfaction and they have just completed the first annual biler and filter service.

Our Combi boiler of 14 years suddenly broke down. Consulted Mick who came back immediately to arrange to visit next day. He identified the problem and came back the next day to repair. Unfortunately whilst removing a part, a corrosion problem was found due to hardwater and age. Mick was disappointed to inform us a new boiler was required. We know our boiler had exceeded its expected life span so did not have a problem. Mick and Dan arrived with a new boiler and fitted it very quickly with absolute minimal mess. Very helpful and tidy men, would definitely recommend. We had a question the day after which was answered very swiftly.

From beginning to end of installing a new boiler in a compact and not easily accessible site Mick Daws and his team have been brilliant. Mick was always very prompt to respond to emails, texts or phone calls and clearly explained the works needed to upgrade my old CH system. Nor was he phased by my many queries pre and during the contract, which finished not only on time but also spot on the reasonable quotation. When unforeseen issues arose on site we resolved them quickly and satisfactorily and an initial teething problem after the commissioning of the boiler was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. His team were polite and professional, keeping the site as clean as possible, arriving on time and at times, particularly Dan, staying beyond normal working hours to complete a section of work. This is a company that goes the extra mile. I shall be using them for my annual boiler servicing and have no hesitation in recommending them.

My immersion heater failed on me, I contacted several Heating engineers at random but got an immediate and helpful response from Mick at Harvest Plumbing and gas. Mick and his colleague Dan came to my house later the same day, quoted and on a basic repair with the caution as my unit might be passed repair, Dan visited the following day but unfortunately couldn't fix so made a temp solution to at least provide hot water in the interim. I received a quick and competitive revised quote for a replacement unit, Mick kept me up to speed over the subsequent few days, though their temp fix helped and as soon as they received the new unit it was efficiently installed by Dan, who also could not have been more helpful of efficient. I would really recommend Harvest - refreshing to suddenly receive such excellent service from a company I had never used before especially during the currently difficult times!

From Start to Finish, We have nothing but praise and gratitude, How Mick and Dan totally took care of our needs with the upmost care. Firstly we explained our problems we entrusted Mick to choose the type of Kitchen taps we wanted and were guided to the best solution to meet our needs. I had old hot water cylinder removed and new one fitted with new heating pump, valves, cylinder stat, and pipe work. Mick and his team carried out the work professionally, were extremely tidy, i.e dust sheets all over the stairs and landing and plastic sheets in hallway. Also, they arrived when they said they would, and very courteous. The work was done to the agreed price. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
