Mick came out to clear a blocked kitchen sink, which turned into the drain. The two plumbers coped with a very unpleasant job and I was very impressed with them. They were very clean and tidy and took all rubbish away. Have booked to have a new tap fitted.

This was a long and complicated job, in a flat with an unusual configuration. Both plumbers were very patient and friendly, and took the time to explain exactly how the work would take place. Very fast and efficient work - and they even Hoovered!

Responded, arranged next day assessment. Returned following day with part, repaired boiler, carried out Landlord Gas Certificate on pipe and boiler. Attitude throughout pleasant, helpful and well priced so have book for other gas certificates. Situation was awkward as cold snap and although provided mobile heater I wanted tenants to have best heating.

Identified some issues with boiler and inverted cylinder in another cupboard (unrelated) and gave me some valuable advice and even contacted third party out of concern for our wellbeing (Gas mains concern which was thankfully okay) Hope to use his services again to resolve boiler issues.
