Harvest Plumbing

From my very first contact with Mick at Harvest he was extremely responsive, he listened to my problem and went out of his way to come and see me that same day. At the house, Mick took time to explain to me various the options and discuss my preferences and thoughts. He also took time to run through the things that could go wrong and cause problems with the job. Within 5 hours of his leaving me he had sent me a fully itemised quote, ahead of the initially promised next day delivery. I had a very strong confidence in Mick and trusted his experience and knowledge. He was easy to get on with and got on with things in a relaxed and calm manner. Knowing that I was keen to get work started as soon as possible Mick shuffled some of his other work about and was actually able to commence work a day earlier than he’d originally thought possible, which was a great help. The rest of the Harvest team did not disappoint either. Peter, Dan, Ryan and Jock were all good guys, in whose expertise I felt confident. They were punctual, always explained what they were doing and took great care to tidy up as they worked. Everything they said they’d do, they did – and by the time they said they would, or earlier. The end result, a new boiler, is working really well and looks great. I get an extended warranty due to Harvest being Worcester-Bosch installers – and am left knowing who I will call next time I have a plumbing issue!
