We chose Harvey’s to replace our conservatory roof and we believe we made the right choice. The surveyor was very thorough and the standard of workmanship was high. It took longer than we thought but it’s a huge conservatory and they encountered some appalling weather conditions and illness during the build. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful including staff at the office. Now it’s finished it looks great and several people have admired it and asked who we used. Needless to say we’re thrilled and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Chose Harvey's to build us a small Orangery to square off a dog leg build by original home owner . From start to finish this project has been stress free . Harveys sorted all the paperwork, building regs . Surveys ect . Gave us week by week schedule so we could arrange when to be home . The weather was shocking but all the trades cracked on & still finished on time . The result is the wow factor . Just beautiful. Cannot wait to decorate it . Had a couple of snagging issues, but they were on it the next working day and fixed . All the team from tradesmen to staff were fantastic. We are using them again in the future and would 100 % recommend.

Harvey’s gave us a no nonsense, no pressure quote. We had the usual pressure quotes with the sign today and it’s will be cheaper line which immediately made us uncomfortable but we had none of that from Harvey’s. From the initial visit from Geoff followed by the survey with Paul to the installation with Clive and Simon the experience was excellent. The team in the office were equally as good and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a no pressure, no nonsense experience then this is the company to look too. They replaced ten windows for us with one of them being a bay window and were so delighted we will now be asking them to replace two sets of patio doors for us 👍

Harvey's salesperson offered no hard sell - just came and advised and offered a price and left. No pressure to sign, or price reductions for signing today, etc. Emailed or rang each step of the way. The company used their own fitters, who were clean, tidy and polite, asking how we wanted everything at each step. They did not rush the job and had great attention to detail - a very neat and tidy job. Windows were well insulated around frames and brickwork. A fair price for an excellent job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them with confidence.

Ed from sales was great and answered all our queries prior to placing order and the communication was excellent throughout from the Harveys team. We are pleased with the windows fitted but disappointed with Harveys. We would not use them again or recommend them. Errors in design led to a remake causing a long delay. The remade windows had to be fitted containing insulation board instead of glass because Harveys had no glass available. When the glass arrived it had been made the wrong size and had to be remade again. Eventually the correct glass was fitted. We are very pleased with the finished windows. The first lot of fitters made an exceptional amount of dust and mess. Later fitters were all excellent and did a very neat job.

I initially booked and Geoff came to see me to quote for the job. I was getting new windows, French doors and a new conservatory roof. He was extremely polite and professional and gave us some really good advice. I proceeded with the job after receiving a professional quotation with a full breakdown. I did have cheaper prices but their reviews were not great and they did not instil a lot of confidence. The way Geoff and Harvey's dealt with me alleviated any concerns and I was happy to pay slightly more. Clive and Simon came to do the fitting 8 weeks later. They were extremely professional and courteous and they completed the installation to a really high standard. They laid down dust sheets everyday and they cleaned up their mess behind them. They even polished the new windows inside and outside once they were finished! They took away all the old windows and left no rubbish behind. They are a real credit to Harvey's!

This is the 2nd time I've used Harveys, this time to replace two windows in my youngest son's bedroom. Unfortunately I hadn't been informed of the install date so hadn't prepared the room in any way but this was no issue for Kyle and Richard who were more than happy to take down and replace blinds and even carefully relocated my son's lego! The quality of the windows is great but what's particularly brilliant is that after the install, you wouldn't know they'd even been. The install is so clean I don't think it even disturbed the wallpaper around the frames! Well done guys, fully recommended to anyone who needs windows fitted.

I have used Harvey's for both doors and now Windows and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. From my burial request for a quite to completion took four weeks. The fitter worked non stop and left no mess indoors and just a bit of dust outside which couldn't be avoided. He even evicted a large spider for me. I can't fault them.

Excellent workmanship, excellent product, polite and considerate workers, job completed to timescale promised and good customer service to boot. Errors were rectified immediately. They cleaned up after themselves and delivered exactly what they promised. I have had a fair bit of work done on the house and seen some terrible workmanship. It had left me nervous about getting more work done. I need not have worried with this company. They actually answer your calls and arrange to rectify any issues that may arise. We have just had 3 upvc windows fitted plus our external soffits, facias and guttering replaced. We have been extremely impressed by the fitters , arrived each day and got on with the works. They work swiftly and cleaned up afterwards. It has been such a refreshing experience working with all of the staff from Sales, the Director who greeted us at the showroom and Admin staff by telephone. We have already booked further work , a upvc curved porch, so sure are we that it too will be a great job. Well done Harveys!

Harveys came out to survey - very knowledgeable and gave good advice without being pushy (unlike another company that came to survey). Work commenced and finished within timescale given. My mother and I recently had new UPVC windows installed by this company. We were very pleased. The presentation given by the representative was very good, without being 'pushy'. The installation done on time, within timescales and the end result excellent. The workmen were very considerate (given my mothers age) and there have been no faults or snags. The only slight negative was the cost was a bit more than the original quote because extra work had to be done following the survey, however this does not deflect from our high opinion of the whole service provided and the excellent windows.
