About

We have been established since 2016. We are members of the CIPHE and are accredited to Worcester Bosch, Vaillant and ATAG, which allows us to offer fantastic warranties of up to 18 years on new boiler installs.
We feel honoured to have been approached by Which? to become one of their Trusted Traders, and after undergoing their rigorous vetting process are delighted to be endorsed by them.

Our specialities include installations of new energy efficient boilers and heating systems. Our expertise extends to radiator replacement and relocation, installing cookers, gas hobs, water heaters and gas fires. We carry out boiler servicing and gas safety checks. We also offer power flushing and chemical cleaning to maximise efficiency and prevent blockages.

I am a PRS landlord with a number of properties and Hayes Plumbing and Heating manage all of them. They not only complete all of my annual Gas Safety Certificates but they also take responsibility for keeping them up to date so that I don't have to worry about that either. They also take care of all boiler and heating servicing and repairs. They have also completed work for me personally at my home on my own heating system and boiler servicing. I am more than happy with the standard of their work. I always find them motivated, professional, organised and conscientious. They stay in regular contract throughout all jobs and make sure that I am aware of any changes needed. They go above and beyond and I recommend them very highly.

We had a new boiler installed by the fitter. This work proceeded following an emergency call-out: Hayes was the only one of several companies I called over the Christmas weekend to be willing to come out and resolve a leak on my old boiler. They also gave me the most competitive quote for a new boiler, and Ben had come across as competent and knowledgeable when he helped fix the original issue. He's also been round subsequently for a bit of follow up I requested, and there was no charge. All in all, I was very happy with the work and have full confidence in Ben to provide service for the lifetime of this boiler.

There were two issues I needed help with. The first was a difficult pipe work problem in the kitchen due to poor design and workmanship previously by former homeowners. Other contractors had all said I needed a new kitchen. Ben worked out a solution which only required the temporary removal of one cupboard. He and his associate worked all day - left everywhere clean and tidy and completely rectified a long-standing problem. The second issue was low pressure in my Aqualisa shower. Ben immediately identified a leak, thankfully slow-running. He obtained a new pump and installed it the same day as the kitchen pipe work. The shower has never worked better than it does now. I was delighted with every aspect of my interaction with Hayes P & H, from my initial enquiry to the completed work. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben and Nicola.

Booking the appointment was very easy, thanks to Hayes Plumbing and Heating Services' prompt and professional response to my enquiry. They were perfectly punctual and professional in arriving on time and carried out the inspection thoroughly and comprehensively. They also provided us with some further advice about the fittings in our home and even had a look at the radiators and made sure they were working properly, which has been greatly appreciated.
