As always, Chris arrived on time on the booked day for my major boiler service. He did a thorough job and replaced some critical parts which were about to fail. He left me with a comprehensive Maintenance checklist. As arranged, he also fitted two new bath taps. He also advised me on a problem with my gas hob which was easily resolved. We will continue to call Chris at He Heating for all our plumbing and heating needs - he always does a great job and leaves everything clean and tidy.

We had a new boiler and water heater installed. The work was carried out to the agreed schedule and price. The trader was extremely conscientious and fully communicated with us, ensuring that we were happy with all appliances etc. and that we fully understood any options and workings. He was also very good at making good any alterations that needed to be made for the new appliances. A neat and tidy job was completed. We are very satisfied with the work.

I recently had a complete system change replacing a condensing boiler which had tanks in loft to a combi boiler installed in a different part of the house. The new system meant a new shower to work direct from its own taps. I also had a new radiator installed. Anxious about the work but very happy with the whole process. I was given a detailed itemised quote which didnt alter. Clean tidy and considerate work. I was given an update at the end of each day as to what stage the job was at. I especially liked the fact that Chris was very happy to explain in detail what he was doing and why. Never made you feel uncomfortable for asking stupid questions. I would definitely recommend Chris.

I initially contacted Chris back in January to book in a boiler service. I mentioned that we were having an on-going issue with our heating despite investigation by previous engineers. He responded to my voicemail the same day and fitted in the service within the next few days. He proved reliable, arriving at the date and time scheduled. In addition to carrying out the service, he persisted in finding the root cause of the issue and managed to resolve it permanently in the same visit. As a result, we asked for an estimate to replace our old thermostat controllers, which were installed 14 years ago, with new digital models. As previously, he came back quickly with a reasonable estimate. He installed them this week - again providing a professional, fuss free service. We have already booked him in for our next annual boiler service. We would not hesitate in recommending Chris to anyone looking for a value for money, highly experienced, reliable, professional and helpful heating engineer.

The heating engineer arrived slightly ahead of time and got straight on with servicing our 10 year old combi boiler. He advised work that might be needed in the future and undertook to get the necessary part in readiness. He then serviced our flueless catalytic gas heater. On each occasion he protected the work environment and returned everything as it had been. Hecwas courteous, friendly and efficient.

Chris serviced our boiler with his customary efficiency and expertise. He is very reliable, turns up at expected time, and is very personable.

We found Chris originally after moving into our new home in June 2023 and having no hot water. Chris fixed the problem within a few minutes and refused payment, so we obviously invited him back to service the boiler which has now been done twice to a very good standard. Yesterday he moved three radiators for me and replaced a fourth. All the work was carried out to a very high standard, with minimal making good required. When I noticed a small problem after he'd left, Chris returned within 10 minutes and resolved it immediately.

With short notice, Chris was able to help service, identify and repair the recent issue I was experiencing with my boiler. Chris arrived promptly and was incredibly knowledgeable about my boiler. He quickly diagnosed the fault and the repair was completed efficiently, and my boiler is now running as it should. Chris supplied removed old boiler fitted new combi boiler together with redirecting all the pipe work. After finishing you would not know he had been here so tidy as usual. Chris carried out boiler servicing including pressure and temperature checks, CO and CO2 checks. He turned up on time. His knowledge and helpfulness is first class.I also know that he would be available if I had any future problems.

Chris installed this boiler in 2015 in a loft location. The pipework to bring gas to the boiler and provide heating and hot water to the house was - and is - a thing of beauty. All pipework is symmetrical through all bends and joints, even the clips are aligned. The boiler was not working on heating, though still working on hot water. Chris patiently removed and hosed out 8 years of visible sludge, replacing seals etc. Result: heating restored and much better hot water flow. Typically thorough analysis of faults and fixes. Over time I have come to think of him as a welcome visitor and someone who it is a privilege to know.

Technician prepared beforehand, checking details 2 days before arrival. He arrived on time and got on with the job quickly and efficiently, taking real care to clean up afterwards.
