We called Chris out due to our boiler being beyond repair. Despite it being a busy time of year he responded immediately with advice and managed to book us in the following week. He is always friendly and helpful and does a very clean job. He also changed some valves for us at the same time. Great service, thanks Chris.

This tradesman was exceptional. He knew his job inside out and resolved our problem where 3 previous tradesmen had been unable to do so. He was very thorough and determined to resolve the problem with our Combination Boiler that was failing to ignite. He worked continually, was tidy, reliable and his charges were very reasonable for what the job entailed. He also was punctual easy to communicate with and for these times, wore PPI, which was reassuring. I would definitely use this Tradesman again and contact him before any other and recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled Gas Engineer.

First time we have used Chris and he was excellent. It was supposed to be a simple boiler check, but he ended up having to change a part as the boiler kept loosing pressure. Very grateful that he fixed it before the winter sets in and boiler now working fine. Though the job was longer than he had anticipated, he was chatty and personable. I delayed him further about a quote to change some radiators and he was more than happy to provide one. Very professional and impressed he wiped all the surfaces with sanitiser and wore a face mask throughout his time in the house. Would definitely recommend.

Wearing a mask, first tick. Although the boiler was off, he realised it was important that he try and get it working even if temporarily, second tick. He went back home came back hey presto we had heating and hot water third tick. He has sent us a follow up quote for the boiler, fourth tick. Promptness, customer service can't fault him.

Chris is very personable and professional. He had previously done some plumbing work which was of a high standard and I asked him to come and do an annual service on my boiler. Chris fully adhered to all the current Covid regulations which was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend him to friends and neighbours.

I asked Chris to service our gas fire which has a catalytic converter; it was failing to stay alight. He came at the appointed time, made sure that everything around the fire was protected, and methodically checked and cleaned the interior and then tested against manufacturer's instructions. He also checked carbon monoxide monitoring was satisfactory. He is pleasant, helpful and ready to give advice, and I consider that his fee was very good value for money. I shall certainly ask him to service other gas appliances in the house at the appropriate time.

Chris came to me to do my annual boiler service and completed the additional work I asked for providing a new shower and a replacement combi sink tap. Whilst replacing the tap he also replaced the stop cock. All work was done to a high standard and he cleaned and tidied up completely after he finished. I will use him again next year.
