As I had not had my boiler serviced for the 3 years since I moved into my new house I asked a neighbour and was given the contact details for this gas safe engineer who lives locally. Chris came at the time/date arranged. He worked quietly and efficiently to carry out the service, leaving me with the documentation etc. He also answered a couple of queries I had and tightened a connection in addition to adding inhibitor into the system. Very impressed.

This was first visit of new boiler service company. He was friendly and courteous and took much more time and trouble than the company I left - who were bad! Chris did two jobs for us - one for a gas hob and the other for toilet plumbing. In both cases he was brilliant. He went above and beyond to help us out and the work he did was perfect. Also he could have done a job, that was unnecessary but he didn't which saves us a lot of money.
