We were really impressed with the total service. We visited the show room and we loved their pricing declaration on each type of build. We were happy with the pricing of our project; no heavy sales! Nigel gave us some brilliant advice from the start especially with the removal of drains. The building work was so well project managed and everything happened to plan. The guys always turned up on time and were so considerate. The works were finished just around the first Covid lock down so they were working under a significant amount of pressure. We now have an amazing garden room which has been far more useful then we expected. The whole project has been finished off to an exceptionally high standard. Wouldn't hesitate to use Heart of England in the future.

Having never undertaken any building work, this was a new experience for us. Right from the start, we knew we were in good hands. Nigel talked us through all the options and listened to our ideas and the design process came together very smoothly. Taylor provided a detailed schedule of the work programme and both father and son kept a close eye on the build as it unfolded. Communication was excellent both with HofE and the workmen with prompt responses to queries. All the various workmen, without exception, were highly competent and clearly took pride in their work. They were always on time, friendly, professional and cleared up impressively afterwards. Attention to detail was excellent and a few small snags at the end were dealt with promptly. We are now the proud owners of a stunning orangery that has transformed how we use our home. We had high expectations of Heart of England and they certainly met them. We would recommend without hesitation.

The orangery was completed on time and to budget. Throughout the process, Nigel and Taylor were very helpful, considerate and we were kept informed at every stage of the project. The work was completed in a timely manner and attention to detail was exemplary.- The fitters and other tradespeople were " a team" and worked accordingly all to a very high standard - very impressive. The project was managed from conception to completion advising all necessary details and allowing any alteration requests with wiling acceptance. I am utterly delighted with my new "Garden Room" I have been given assurance on any aftercare provided should I require it.

Heart of England have built us a beautiful orangery as an extension to our house. From the initial discussion to quotation Nigel and Taylor gave great advice and information (and patience!). When we decided to go ahead we had a full schedule of works and timing Everything arrived on time, everyone arrived on schedule. When the time came to replace our conservatory there was really only one contender. As H.of E. had done a first-rate job 25 years ago, and had provided willing back-up ever since, we had high expectations. We were not disappointed. With Taylor now on board, management is now stronger than ever and Nigel's capacity to deliver on all that is promised was demonstrated once again. Our garden room was built according to schedule over the course of two wintry weeks. We owe hearty thanks to H.of E.'s excellent team of Lee (fitter), Arny (plasterer), Martyn (electrician) and Pat (decorator) who were wholly reliable and efficient - and a pleasure to have on site. We could not have been more pleased. Everything was to our great satisfaction.
